Those individuals who have attempted to control his output should be ashamed of themselves.
As well as Les Ashmore who claimed he could guarantee Graham had never been to a Chesterfield game over the summer.

interesting. Also interesting when you see when the goals are conceded against us:
0-10 0
11-20 1
21-30 2
31-40 2
41-45 2
46-50 1
51-60 2
61-70 2
71-80 2
81-90 3
90+ 2
Conclusions?
a) we concede lots
b) we concede all the time throughout games
c) we concede lots

Hi Graham - thanks for the regular updates.
At the recent fans forum it was suggested that your\DT reporting of Chesterfield FC was always erring on the negative side and that you had not mentioned record shirt sponsorship and also declined an invitation to spend a day with the academy. For the sake of balance could you comment on these points
Thanks
Gary

Reading the updates so far it seems as if there's only one possible outcome although I assume the defence has something of note up their sleeve, hence the original quashing of the conviction and the retrial.
It's also cringe worthy that our club is always mentioned next to every sordid detail, I know it's been said before but it's quite the gamble by our beloved owner.

of convicted of the same offence, then provided his sentence is no worse, then he is a free man as he has already served his time.
if he is found not guilty then you'd expect a massive compensation pay out for wrongful imprisonment (and rightly so).
