The only reason jack lester has not sold out is due to the greed of the club £45 ticket price when Kevin Davies I think was around £34 , they just thought everyone will pay it as its jack think they got that wrong it should and would have sold out a long time ago if it wasn't for being to greedy

Fwiw I think it will sell out, so the pricing will be justified.

Well surely his first challenge is to attract sponsors for both the West and North stands.

Alongside re-populating lounges left comparatively empty, or so I'm told.

that press release leaves me with the alarming and deflating impression that the poor sod will report to the CEO. He will receive zero support, advice, assistance, management from a man who is not fit to be a CEO and whose official title should be 'Agent for Player Sales'. His first challenge should be to agree measurable objectives which of course our CEO won't have the foggiest idea how to initiate.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Good post, Dave.

Slightly different position, I know, but when asked about the CEO Paul Watts told me he pretty much left him to get on with things.

Folk can make of that what they choose.

If it's clear the new bloke does report to Turner, though, then at least he can't deny knowledge or responsibility should another major gaffe occur.

I've been away and missed the last home game, when did the advertising boards get taken down? I note we now only have one stand sponsor, Karen Childs.

The new commercial guy certainly has a blank canvas to work with!
