Last time we discussed the strength of our team someone pointed out that the rules state we should field a "full strength team" whatever one of those is.

There was no definition of what a "full strength team" is. Guess we'll just have to push the envelope while doing some blue sky thinking and risk a £5000 fine

It usually means at least 5 or 6 have to start that started the previous league game

Charging £5 a ticket, and getting an extra 1,000 people through the turnstiles would cover that.

Eligibility Criteria:

- EFL Clubs – a minimum of 5 'First Team' players in the starting 11 as defined under the competition's existing rules.

- Invited Clubs – 6 of the starting 11 to be U21 (as at June 30).

Tournament is a joke now. It wasn't great before, but now with the group stage it is worse. For example by the final group game you could already be out, which would reduce the attendances even more. Will be interesting to see what the attendances are at all the games next week.
