PPP is supposed to be separate from CFC.

Besides, why not just answer questions on here?

No one wants pies and peas. They want openness and honesty at Chesterfield FC.

Seems like one of the biggest concerns ... I.e was It Cfc funds that were used to pay off out of pocket parents has been answered... Neither AC nor CT had to disclose that to anyone on here... But they did.... Then they offer people who openly insult them the opportunity to go face to face and look around the village for a small fee to cover food/drink etc and it's still not good enough...

Chris, I think you've answered your own question. Why should AC answer questions on here relating to the PPP if it is separate from CFC?

I think most fans understand that there are a few supporters who want CT to resign, however I don't think that will ever happen whilst DA is in charge. Ashley has sent an invite for up to 25 people to meet up and ask questions. He's riled a few of you with stating a £10 charge for the privilege with a beer thrown in and pie and peas. I will make 1 and pay the tenner and ask any question that needs asking.

I know where you are heading with the uncut version of my summary and post I shared with you and a few others. There are points in my summary that you also know we have to be careful of. AC answered questions that I raised where the information had not been in the public domain and had been presented to us from elsewhere. AC could have kicked off there and then if he wanted. I don't want to lose our contacts within the club when we may need to ask further questions.

I don't think we will ever get an explanation from the club regarding Bingham. I believe a mistake was made by CT relying on the recommendation of an agent, a scout and LS and that's all we will end up with.

Rob

Primarily I'd like to hear the word 'sorry' from Chris Turner. With an assurance things will improve.

I've been reasonably vocal with regard to the CEO and LS and his PPP project in particular. But I am not going to moan for the sake of it, I believe AC has offered the olive branch so many have been asking for, so take the opportunity and have some meaningful dialogue.

CT has also spoken of an open office, so get in touch and ask questions.

Let me make it clear, I'm still unhappy at the goings on but the club have made a positive move, we should make the most of it otherwise we will be as culpable as anyone when/if the ship that is CFC falls beneath the waves.

Agree in that the club offering a Q&A is a positive move and should be embraced.

I'm good with Ashley's answers.
I prefer that they are the responses are clear than they are perfect for every situation.
Brockwell summed the key things up for me that the main thing is that the club isn't subsidising the ppp. I don't even mind some "goodwill" heading over the road if we are getting first refusal on players, and not, for example, Watford.
What is sticking in the side of my head is the idea that if it only takes one success to make this idea pay off. Why on earth isn't it under the club's umbrella?

I've just read this entire thread! So £10 to meet AC and Turnipe so they can tell you what a great job they are doing. Im off to cloud cuckoo land. Good luck anyone who stumps up and meets them. I love CFC which is the main reason not been posting much. I didn't think things could get any worse then read the threads tonight. we as a club are F****d if Zorro Moondog and co actually believe what's been said. Good luck lads!! All the club have to say is SORRY WE MADE MISTAKES! All you get is excuses.
