Well it was a like a morgue yesterday as commented on by the media and the Boremuff fans (and that is bad!). Might be down to West Ham finding 20000+ new fans

The the corners seemed to be nearest the pitch by a considerable distance

Lol ....Granted I only watched it on Sky in New Whitt Club but that's as loud as I have ever heard a WHU goal greeted

It's a farce really. Club want to increase capacity but fans (rightly) wont sit down. Home fans able to walk openly through to away concourse area. Stewards attempting the rough approach to get folk to sit down, getting a slap for there efforts & finally West Ham & Bournemouth fans scrapping outside. Teething problems I understand, however unless they sort it it'll be chaos when Spurs etc turn up.

I think we saw the mentality of WH fans at the last game at Upton Park when they attacked the Man Utd coach!

I can't get 2 together though. Only a handful left if that.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Having a scrap outside is the best way to make it feel like home, surely.

Great stadium but I don't think too much of it as a football ground. I'd like to go for myself (ideally watching us in the FA Cup) but the sight lines and distances look pretty poor.

I'll let you know Tim. Bought tickets v Accy in the League Cup. Only cost £15 which is a cheap way of ticking off West Ham's new ground. I won't go again until Town play there.

My seat on the half-way line (albeit expensive) gives an excellent view of the ground, indeed much better than my seat in the West Stand at Whiitington Moor. And certainly better than that at Wimbledon last week which was the worst I've experienced in donkeys years (well since I last went to that ground). The atmosphere is good at the London Stadium and was electric at half-time after Watford came back to 2-2. Only complaint I have is I couldn't get any internet coverage ro follow proceedings at Boundary Park.

If I was living in London I'd do the same. Let us know how you find it.

It's a beautiful stadium.
Bit like Stade de France for sight lines.
But strange with the 'temporary' stands when you first see them from the back but very decent to watch football.
Much better than Etihad and even Wembley (compared to Wembley's higher tier seats

I was down there last week. Unfortunately couldn't get in the ground but was happy enough to walk around the park. Went into the club shop. The cafe is twice the size of our club shop. The coffee was properly made and cheaper than our powdered cardboard. Nice place.
