In Paris. Went to the Wales N Ireland game Saturday. Thought Northern Ireland played well and unlucky to lose. Their fans amazing and made lot more noise than the Welsh, who only sang once they scored. Watching the Irish fans do their Will Grigg song was brilliant, don't know how they had the energy. Other fans seem to have picked up the song as went to the fan park near the Eiffel Tower last night to see Belgium Hungary, and fans were doing it there.
Shortly off to the Spain Italy game, just hope there isn't extra time as plan is to try and get to the fan park again for the England game.
Incidentally have not got a clue as to how fans managed to get flares into the grounds. I have been searched twice every time I have been to a match or the fan park, with full pat down, and everything in pockets having to be shown, despite this when Belgium scored their second a flare was lit at the fan park.

The Spanish shirts are horrible. They look like they have all been shot in the chest!

Looks like a losers shirt to me and I'm an Espanaphile.

I think there number is up, they are trying to play thier old style with lesser players and against teams that have had 4 to 8 years to prepare counter tactics

Just brought on a 35 year old striker I've never heard of instead of Pedro.

I've been impressed by the Italians.

They've transcended the ultra-organised defensive stuff they're renown for to play at a Premier League tempo, closing down quickly then moving the ball with purpose.

Should be three up, really.

Euro based comment

Just seen this on Twitter!
If Dean Saunders spends much longer sitting on that MOTD sofa it's going to get relegated.
