The answer will be as per the website statement. Rightly or wrongly they can ban whoever they like for pretty much any reason and they don't need to explain further to anyone.

It might well, but I'd like to know whether that response satisfies the local MP.

So you didn't ask for proof Toby ?, a simple "No I did not" would have been the correct answer to my question. Who said that it was an investigation ?
My point is that it is a complete waste of time to ask a question if you do not ever have any intention to find out if the answer that you are going to get is correct.
What do you propose next Toby, shall we wait 25 years and then have an enquiry into the allegations ?

Proof of a negative is hard. Toby could have asked for the complete three years accounts for both organisations, the management accounts and all bank statements as well as details of any negotiations with common partners and it still wouldn't have precluded suggestions that he hadn't investigated fully...

we are not expecting forensics.

Is the MP satisfied that none of his constituents are owed money? Yes or no.
Is the MP satisfied that CT was right to ban the DT? Yes or no.
Is the MP satisfied that H & S and Caring problems have been dealt with? Yes or no.

Let's see the cut of his jib. What's his opinion of the quality of the person/people he met? He's paid for the quality of his subjective judgement on these matters.

Morning.

You surely asked him why he has banned the DT. Were you satisfied with the answer?

You surely asked him whether he would be prepared to answer questions at a civilised open forum chaired by your good self. What was his answer?

The DT are banned by the Football Club not the DC/PPP, and I understand it was AC who met with the Editor of the DT.

You would suspect that in order to sign he will insist on a release clause

He can be satisfied....but so what? He can't make them do anything.
Irrelevant....nothing to do with him. Two commercial enterprises having a fall out.
This one he can influence.

Opinion on the quality of the person??? Far too subjective. There were people who loved Brown and said he was a nice guy! I'm not saying anyone in the current set up is crooked or nice people for the record!!

I imagine he was met because not to would be bad PR.

Clearly Perkins only reported what he'd been told by T&S, Dave.

And you really outta let your unhealthy obsession with Jack Straw go, mate...

A man who was secretly detained and sent to Libya with his pregnant wife in 2004 has spoken of his disappointment that no-one will be prosecuted.

Ex-Libyan dissident Abdel Hakim Belhaj says the UK's MI6 helped to arrange the couple's rendition - saying they were covertly taken from Thailand to Libya.

Sami al-Saadi and his family were also sent to Libya in 2004, where he was allegedly tortured.

Prosecutors said there was insufficient evidence to charge anyone from MI6.

Mr Belhaj told the BBC he was "very disappointed that individuals responsible" would not be prosecuted, adding: "If there is political interference with the courts, then it undermines British justice."

Jack Straw.
'He held two of the traditional Great Offices of State, as Home Secretary from 1997 to 2001 and Foreign Secretary from 2001 to 2006 under Blair.'

He says he initially opposed it like that makes him a better person. Surely if he initially opposed it and then opposed at the vote then there would be no need to say he initially opposed it. No doubt the premier league bribe quickly put paid to any opposition, and not just at this club.
