Didn't like him before I listened to his totally biased tosh.....like him even less now!

Why wouldn't he be biased? Do you think Alan shearer is not when commentating on an England game?

Yes of course he will be, but I almost choked when he was banging on about skirtel being dirty and deserving a straight red for a challenge he wouldn't have thought twice about make in a pre-season friendly (first game proact springs to mind) hypocritical doesn't begin to cover it...

Don't like the guy have no trouble with bias for his country I think he just tries to be controversial and he can't carry it off. He's even worse on the radio

It's you being hypocritical IMO. Skyrtle should have been off; assistant ref or whatever he's called must be blind. Why don't you comment on what you see instead of reverting to your pre-judgements?

Bang on. He's not particularly good as a commentator. I believe the 'controversial comments' are what keeps him employed.

hes just like piers morgan, katy Hopkins etc, shock jocks. keep their profile high by being controversial. being unpopular is better than being ignored.

Say what you like about Robbie Savage but his tactical knowledge is spot on. Called nearly every substitution, positional changes before Chris Coleman made them. Seen how the opposition are doing things and comes up with a solution.
He may talk tosh at times but he knows his stuff.

Generally not as bad as he's made out. Think he's had warning shot regarding his biased commentary and cooled it a bit
