That went almost as well as us appointing Saunders.

Well we've just lost 6 on the bounce and could yet be relegated from the same league. We have to hope (for the sake of our survival prospects), that they do beat Mickleover Sports, in their next match, too.

Colwyn Bay were - as the article says - in the Conference North last season and will probably fall into the Evo-Stik South, for next term; two consecutive demotions; enough to dent anyone's confidence, although Lynch was only empowered from October of 2015.

Good signing and he'll definitely add something.

Not an 'ex Spireite' just yet but forgotten man (as in I'd forgotten about him) Dan Gardner apparently started up front with Tom Pope & Leon Clarke for Bury on Saturday. Alas he only last until half time before being replaced.

I would think somewhere like Crewe, with low expectations, will be tolerant of his erratic output.

I'll be very surprised if his next permanent deal isn't in the Conference.

not signings, but well done to Craig Clay and Gregor Robertson off to Wembley in the National League play offs later this month.

Gregor particularly, who has missed his last two chances of playing at Wembley through injury.

Not surprised by any of those, Boden was their top scorer.
