I'd be surprised if they've not be 'advised' to keep clear of certain subjects (ie. the majority of the interesting ones!)

The answer to who has said Mitch recommended loads of players that weren't signed is very, very easy...... Mitch has said it in young spirits a few years ago and at least 2 speakeasy's......

I'd expect him, or anyone in a similar role, to recommend players almost on a daily basis.
