Hopefully not. Surely we are not having to rely on the Shrews losing their last two matches plus this one, when we have destiny in our own hands, and if not the results of two teams four and five points behind us to fall back on.

2-0 now all good for the goals against column and I have news for you - yes we have to rely on Shrews losing their games.

True, but Walsall have to play Fleetwood as well and it can only help if they still have a chance of automatic promotion.

No we don't have to rely on it; although it is preferable they do lose their last games. Our destiny is in our hands. However unlikely it may be - if we win the next two the performance of others below us is irrelevant!

We could do with burton having something to play for against Donny, if we don't get the win Saturday. That means Walsall win in tonight and against fleetwood.

Presumably you meant one of our next two.

True - thanks for the correction. I'd prefer us to win both though.

Walsall win 2-1. Shrews remain on same points as Spireites but with inferior goal difference.

Presumably you didn't see our last three 'performances'.

Blackpool play wigan at home Saturday and their fans have a protest march James Corden is supporting their protest bizarrely. If Wigan win surely that's blackpool finished.

Saw two. That's why I am relying on Blackpool losing one game in their last two matches, and Doncaster drawing one, Can't see Shrewsbury losing two.

What we need is to keep Burton interested in their last game v Donny. This result was vital for this. Hopefully they need a point to clinch promotion!

I've checked out the stats on the games on Saturday and discovered that Burton have drawn 5 from the last 6 home games and gills have drawn 4 from 6 away.

Nailed on draw for all you gamblers so Burton are gonna need the win against Donny.
Here we go again!

Peterborough H
Swindon A

Not bad. Which is why its better if Burton have something to play for in the last game.

If Doncaster won one and drew the other we would still need a point (I think) depending on GD. Agree re Shrewsbury not losing both and expect Fleetwood to pick up a win. Surely Blackpool will lose one and hopefully its Saturday and they will be out of the equation as far as we are concerned before the Bury game.
