My Position

This is complicated by the fact I have an administrators role. I will continue in this position in the short term but will not look at postings from an official position except in emergencies. I will continue with this role to ensure the board also severs its links with CFSS. The other moderators can choose to display any threads I was checking.
I will state that I have not disclosed the identities of any members to the football club nor have they asked for any information. My only disclosures have been to the police and are covered under Section 29(3) of the Data Protection Act.
Of course I tried to stand down as a moderator more than a decade ago when I joined the CFSS Board but was talked out of it...
I reserve the right to post as an ordinary member and to report content that breaches the rules or common decency!

Your mention of disclosure to the police is an interesting one but for another thread.

Can't think there's much on here that the Police would be monitoring

I've had police at matches whom I've never seen before refer to me as my message board name so they definitely have a snoop around.
Anyway, probably the best decision, I'm sure you've put many hours in over the years and we appreciate that.

Plenty of controversial threads to moderate in recent times. Certainly no easy task and I can imagine a fair bit of time was required to filter through all the contributions.
