I can't argue with any of that.

I've not bothered with away games since Walsall in October, infact only done four all season, whereas I'd normally do 18-20.

I very rarely go away. 15 home games in a good year .Odd trip to Blunts or other locals. About 13 this year. Two wins to show for my troubles!

Might sack the home games off next season and go away. Better win ratio!

I'm the kind of supporter you need to be encouraging DA. Not criticising and overcharging. If any of your 'legal eagles' are reading this, report back to master that the serfs aren't happy with this thin gruel!

If it was up to you we'd all be doing nothing but sucking the club's staff, management and players off despite an abysmal season with plenty of curious goings off behind closed doors. Do you even read those threads? Do you even take an interest in what happens off the pitch for the club you seemingly love so much? Or do you prefer to bury your head in the sand?

As for those threatening or thinking about potential legal action, if you're reading this, you're embarrassing yourselves. There are genuine fans worried about what's going on at our club and rather than address them directly you hide behind the law. For shame.

Excellent post. My thoughts entirely...apart from the bit about sucking someone off!

Never fear. Chris Turner will be representing the board...

I wonder what would be the most inflammatory thing I could possibly post?

Hypothetically of course.

We employ professional footballers!

We are a good team!

Herd is a footballer!

We play entertaining football!

Turnips know what they are doing!

Take your pick.

That's cutting off your nose to spite your face. Ridiculous post. Then we wouldn't have a team to compete and it would be, in part supporters faults.

No it's actually having principles and excercising your right as a football supporter to vote with your feet if you are not happy with the situation which many are not.

Hey Rodney don't say things like that, I got bashed on here for keeping my principles around Christmas time as I stated I had fell out of love with it all, not just CFC but football in general and the way our club was being run, so I got rid of sky, stopped going to town matches ( been to three since, as I decided to pick and choose etc), saved a fair amount of money that has been spent in a useful way.

Towards the end of last season I was going to buy a season ticket for this season even tho I miss a fair few games with working away from home etc, luckily I didn't.

The club is being destroyed right under our noses, fans aren't happy, the tide is turning.

I really fear for the club at present.

Nobody told me to post a warning, given conversations I've had this week I simply just felt a couple of poster's in particular on here might benefit from it.

If I'm on that particular list, then I'd prefer a PM than a broadside like this, please.

Just a word to all on here.

Posts on here are obviously being viewed by worried and irate members of CFC staff.

I have it on good authority that anything that is now viewed as libel or imflammatory is likely to result in possible legal retaliation.

Therefore please be aware and choose your words carefully.

Regards Nigel.

you could suggest pay rises for a couple of employees.

That should inflame about 6000 people.

You'll always get bashed by the self labelled "die hard/super fans" but so what! For them It's more about the ritual/habit of a Saturday game than the actual football that's why they really go week in week out.
The cost for me is far to expensive especially with standard of football now on offer. I've been to three or four this season on cheap tickets not seen us win and the standard of entertaiment was abysmal and I realised that my enthusiasm had waned into apathy .I still listen to that idiot on Peak FM and will always be a town fan.I might be tempted back when those from over the border do one till then I'll stick to listen to Peak.

I'm not a die hard superfan as you state I'm a Chesterfield fc fan it's what I do its Bunkum at the mo it's been shitier but I'll still be buying my season ticket and don't have to justify buying it to you or anyone else, and I'd rather pay for a ticket than have to listen to the numpties on peak.though

I'd have thought their time would be filled with trying to get the Club to stay in the division and justify their positions rather than be bothered about a football forum!
Too many people in the Club either not doing what they are supposed to be doing or not good enough to be employed to do so...

**** em all. Won't be getting another penny of my money after this season. Stick to the odd away game next season I think. We deserve to go down, but I don't think we will l but next season with this lot in charge we probably will. Sides coming up are arguably ambitious sides Accy aside so we will be in trouble.

Wilson is included in that, signed some rubbish, consistently rubbish tactics and selections and can't stand to listen to his tripe blaming the fans. If he wasn't a town legend people would be on his back.

Really lost interest and fallen out with the club this season - did 46 games last season, 35 odd this but I've had enough until they're gone and some trust is back in the club. Fans have been let down massively from the top downwards

I can't find out whether this has been resolved, but I think it's a 'device' to get the website closed. The millionaire claimant can't win but he can ensure that the plaintiff incurs large costs (even though those costs might be granted back later).

Thought the footnote from your link was interesting

" 'Freedom of thought'One of its moderators posted a message saying: "A football club exists and prospers due to the support of its fan-base and Back Henry Street will forever champion the freedom of thought and expression in discussion of Blackpool Football Club."

Bet he/she didn't remove, or make invisible, threads for 'cleansing' ...

O.k. We`ve had a wonderful season, everything in the garden is rosy and we are all deliriously happy with the football being played. Is that o.k!
