I have no idea... Maybe they failed... I am sure a complaint to the police about someone hacking your emails is way down their priority list...

You don't exactly have to work for Mi5 to try and enter someone's password multiple times...

If people have spent as much time as they clearly have and uncovered basically nothing concrete but enough to arouse their suspicions I don't think it illogical to think someone would try and have a look at his emails???

Given some of the leaps people have made over the course of these threads that is not a huge leap...

Nothing concrete? OK. Well Ive read the whole thread again and picked out some salient points. If you could comment?

ATANZARO - New investigation on match: the Poliziasta performing dozens of stops throughout Italy against footballers, managers and club presidents. The investigation is being coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Catanzaro. The charge is conspiracy to sporting fraud.

Among the characters involved in the investigation, as well as players and former presidents and club leaders, also include foreign entities, an alleged member of the gang Iannazzo, powerful clans of the 'Ndrangheta operates in Lamezia Terme province, and a policeman.

Dennis Patrick Bingham, English entrepreneur, sole director and legal representative of the AC Monza Brianza 1912

Match fixing? Hmmm

During the press conference presenting the new white society, the sole director Peter Montaquila told to present a disturbing backstory concerning former President Dennis Bingham: " When we took the Monza, Bingham wanted as severance pay 100 thousand euro, then 50 thousand, then fell to 30 thousand, then wanted a Smart, a football and a shirt. in the end I signed a check for 30 thousand euro view which was filed by the lawyer in attorney Nocera hands. They owed it keep up to 28 February and after that date could have been collected. Bingham had the bright idea of going from Nocera and threaten him, estorcendogli the check. the lawyer Nocera gave it to him and we found ourselves having to report to the Prosecutor of the Republic asking the seizure of the check. What made by the Guardia di Finanza. Even the Nocera lawyer denounced Bingham to threats and extortion at the Prosecutor's Office . "

Operation "Dirty soccer", eavesdropping on Monza, "Bingham wants 100 thousand euro"

Two "suspicious" of the Monza races according to Calabrian Dda. Attempts to falsify the results take place in the hours before the matches, the reconstruction is done through wiretaps contained in the investigation papers "Dirty soccer".

Two "suspicious" of the Monza races according to Calabrian DDA: the internal challenge with Torres on 17 December and the trip to Bassano four days later. Attempts to "combine" to falsify the results, take place in the hours before the matches, the reconstruction is done through wiretaps contained in the investigation papers "Dirty soccer".

The day before the Monza-Torres, Mauro and Enzo Ulizio Nucifora (sports director of the Sardinians) reach Lombardy. The second wants to make a profit but you have to convince Dennis Bingham, neo owner Monza.
Pea is immovable and at that point also Bingham hold back and do not do anything.

http://www.calcioefi...oc-deferimento/

Monza, Bingham had referred to the Federal Court

The Federal Prosecutor , following the alert Co.Vi.So.C. , has referred to the Federal Court National Section Disciplinary legal representative pro-tempore of Monza (Group A of the Pro League) Patrick Dennis Bingham . Which, however, he has given the team last January.

Bingham did not honor the economic commitments

Bets, involving Bingham President "flash" of Monza

In the investigation of match-fixing carried the DDA in Catanzaro also involved English at the helm of the company in December 2014.
http://nuovabrianza....nza-fallimento/

Football betting: the Monza in trouble for match-fixing.... We miss this well for the "ramshackle" team in Brianza. Steps to electricity bills unpaid. Digested the gas bills unpaid.. The charges: conspiracy to sporting fraud.

Similar to Darren Brown and his "debentures"?

Then we have this http://www.royalpear...#!about-us/ci60 A company that appears to have a fictitious address and no contact details, and a copyright that is in the future that on one hand says oil trader, yet else where says transport and services.

Are your suspicions aroused yet?

Web pages pulled from the CFCPPP, players listed as being developed like Onovwigun being hastily edited, videos removed.

Shell logos removed from pictures? Why would anyone do that?

Then there was the non existent LA football club, sponsored by 3 companies, all with strong links to Mr Bingham. Why would an international Oil trader sponsor a football club that does not exist?

Your suspicions aroused yet? Are you still of the opinion that Bingham is an above board character who has been the victim of a vicious and unprovoked hacking scandal?

Because the whole lot stinks, people smelled a rat. And Bingham is right in the middle of it. Sadly so is CFC

And then since page 25, you have refused to answer any direct questions about your relationship with Bingham, even defending him. Why is that?

A new hope.

You're concrete points don't seem that concrete to me, was he ever arrested or charged with match fixing? According to those articles you quote he wasn't, and it appears they had phone taps etc and people were arrested and charged but not him...

That's just one hole in the theories...

The removal of the shell logo... It looks like that was done by the newspaper who took the photo from the RP website for an article and obviously didn't want to print the shell logo for whatever reasons... It doesn't look like he removed it... Then again I don't scrutinise his websites on a daily basis....

You are entitled to whatever opinions you want to make, about DB or CT or me, you've never met me... and you and numerous people are wide of the mark about several theories in my opinion!

You can call it digging a hole if you want.... I call it being able to read....

The top anti corruption police in Italy tapped phones etc and the article even quotes "you have to convince Bingham" it then says Bingham doesn't do anything... This investigation concluded and several of the people named were arrested and fined etc... But not DB... This is all according to the articles you are all quoting... This is not my opinion... Or my belief.. Or my inside knowledge this is anti Mafia police in Italy's wire tap...

And again... I've just looked on the RP website... The picture of DB with the shell logo is there... Where does the picture with a logo removed appear?? On a Monza news article.... Because the journalist/newspaper obviously removed it so they could publish the picture....

If you are going to investigate and look at evidence you have to do t free of bias and not jump on anything because you believe it supports your cause.... That is just two examples where people are jumping to conclusions that don't add up...

So just for clarity, as there have been many questions and many answers it's difficult to get things correct.

You dont think Mr Bingham is someone the club ought to be wary of?

Type his name in to Google Images and both versions of the same picture appear, one with the shell logo strangely removed. The original is a full body wide shot, and the doctored one is a head & shoulders version, presumably the reflection of the sign in the coffee table is much harder to photoshop.

here are the links where the Google images come from:

http://www.mbnews.it...ella-dirigenza/

http://www.corriere....992d01df9.shtml

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to understand both articles without the need for google translate either

Also, I recall one poster on here deals with Shell in Oman and emailed his contact a link to the RPI website, and strangely they'd never heard of him/them nor why they were using the Shell logo.

Not,to mention an address that doesn't exist! And a website with a copyright dated 2023!
It would be akin to
Darren Brown Sports UK group,123 Chatsworth Road,Newbold,Sheffield,S44 8MD.

S44 isn't a newbold postcode, Chatsworth road isn't in S44, and neither the road, newbold, or post code are Sheffield.

But nothing dodgy about doing that, it would have been the Derbyshire Times printing stuff about him to hound him out.

A new hope.

Never been in that place in my life!

But having your own and all your staff (all of her!) pictured in front of the shell logo as the only picture on your "oil dealing" company website is slightly misleading as best don't you think?

Especially when said business and it's registered address don't actually exist....

Just pointing out some people are very quick to jump to conclusions when the obvious is infront of their eyes... If what they think they've found suits their agenda then they will go with it even if the answer is obvious...

You can't get much better than accusing someone of match fixing than quoting an article where the Italian anti Mafia publish wire taps saying DB won't do it...

Yes, I agree 100%

For you to say "the newspapers edited the logo out obviously" is absolute proof that people have indeed "jumped to conclusions...if what they think they've found suits their agenda".

Can you expand on how you know the newspapers deliberately doctored a photograph?

Well I looked on his website... And the picture is there with the logo... Then I looked at the link where the image is missing the logo and it's a newspaper article... I've not clicked on the links sammy Spireite posted but the title of the links are both newspaper articles too... So I don't think it takes a genius to work out the papers knocked the logo off... DB isn't that bothered about it obviously as it is still on his website...

Not trying to antagonise you here... Genuinely!!! But I'm not sure some people on here understand the articles they are posting from Monza news.... The article quoted states the Italian authorities got quotes from listening in during operation dirty soccer that said DB "does nothing" and "will need convincing" ...

So you mean it's guesswork...

I mean, if you were posting on here stating that a newspaper deliberately altered a photo to portray a person in a particular light, you'd have evidence to back it up - correct? You wouldn't seek to justify by saying "I don't think it takes a genius to work out". Your law degree must really be working for you right now...

You must have noticed the irony in you making a comment like that after saying that other posters on here need to be careful in their assertions about you. Hints and allegations about you are not ok, but you can make comments like that about a newspaper?

Suppose the paper saw your comment about them "obviously knocking logos off" - you'd be comfortable in explaining your comments to them and avoid the litigation you don't want for others on here?
