I don't know you, but have followed these threads with interest.....and one thing I have noticed is that while asking many questions/ request for information and evidence of any wrong doing on the part of Bingham and his business ventures and associates, you have consistently refused to answer any questions about your relationship with him.

I take your point, however I'm not asking questions about people on this board I'm asking about DB and the club, nobody actively seeks to be disliked or disrespected and nobody I know... And certainly I can speak for myself on this point... Nobody likes to be accused of wrong doing or have their morals and credibility questioned, particularly by people who have never met you, only googled you!

They don't want to rock the boat with the club. All it takes is a phone call and if nobody at the club wants to comment, so be it. Maybe give them until the week's deadline to prepare a statement, but if nothing forthcoming run the story regardless and add that the club was asked for a comment. This could have been done weeks ago. Why can't a reporter phone the club, note down the response and write it up? Probably because nobody there is up to it. Instead they want written replies to every question just in case someone disputes what they publish and the club threatens to ban them from the stadium or sue them! RGS is trying to direct readers to the DT website and its advertising. Fewer and fewer people are buying the paper.

I don't think anyone at the DT has the balls to run a story,especially after they were warned off by CFC and threatened with legal action and other sanctions a couple of weeks ago.

Furthermore unless they've done the research themselves they won't have a lot of info as to the best of my knowledge no-one on here has spoken to them.

I'm not sure that the DT have that much info that would make a story as such......other than what can be read on here as those involved in exposing some of international head of recruitment a activities have all said "no comment"

More of a concern than if the DT print or not is our owners apparent indifference to the root vegetables "activities" and "business partners". It seems to me that he does not care one jot how shadowy someone's activities seem to be as long as cash comes in and not out of CFC.

No indifference at all. The practice is encouraged and backed for cashflow by CFC cash. Like 99% of successful businessmen, he doesn't care who he takes money off. As I've said. it's unscrupulous but a lot of people think that word is a complement. I would probably do the same especially if my debts were rising.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we hear before too long that the good people on here carrying out due diligence are to blame for curtailing a good income stream.

Also a concern, if someone offered to buy a loss making part of the business for a nominal fee, would DA do any due diligence checks or would he be happy to sign it over to any Tom Dick or Harry to get it off his hands?

That person was unscrupulous if he/she ignored DB's credentials and the good name of CFC in his/her pursuit of commission, shielded by the full expectation that his/her anonymity would be protected by CT. I expect CT to receive a stern letter of admonishment from the person and I'm so glad it's not you.
