We've all seen the shirt pulling by players in the box during deadball kicks.Just what has to happen for refs to give more penalties in this situation.Surely when a player shirt is totally removed is enough.I've just watched the Palace/Foxes game when Huth was disrobed by a Palace defender.

Things have only got worse since the Chief played for us and had his shirt ripped off his back. The referee did nothing then and they continue to do nothing now. The rules don't allow this type of behaviour but the officials do. So who is to blame? It could be stamped out within weeks if penalties were consistently awarded.
Similarly, the disputing of a referee's decision - was it the Brighton mob, yesterday, confronting the linesman, kicking the ball off the penalty spot, etc only for the actual penalty to be delayed two minutes and subsequently missed. Then on C5 that Iwilumo, or whatever, trying to tell us it is all part of the game. No it is not, players could have been booked once, twice or thrice but they got away with it. Possibly the referee didn't see anything? Sounds familiar!
