good point today and if we draw all remaining games that should be enough, negative way of doing it I know but we don't need to be over anxious about winning, so long as we don't lose.

I'd be happier with one win, one defeat between now and the end of the season.

After this season, it would be the equivalent of a cup final.

I'm afraid the promotion dream is over for another year though, snookers required on that one.

I don't see how you can call going unbeaten for the rest of the season negative, and drawing all the games would mean we've competitive and consistent in them all, I'd take that! Lol
We're gonna have good days, we're gonna have off games too but we need to make sure we pick up the points we can and stay in games as long as possible, without shooting ourselves in the foot (a la Walsall!)

So let's hope the twelfth men get behind them 100% for 90+ minutes in every home game left no matter what is happening on the park.
Going unbeaten at home for the rest of the season would be a tremendous help to our survival hopes.

Would be great but I'm not expecting that. Bare minimum has to be 2 points to stop Fleetwood and Oldham gaining ground on us, and another game removed from the equation. With 2 points, that leaves us needing 2 wins from 7 to be definitely safe. These are the 7: Port Vale (H), Barnsley (A), Sheff Utd and Doncaster (H), Swindon (A), Bury (H), Bradford (A).

I think our most likely wins are bury and Donny at home, poss vale or sheff u, then again we've been better away than at home, have we ever won at Swindon? every game really is the old treble chance as it used to appear on the pools.

If we best Fleetwood we will stay up given their other games as they will be taking points off each other

Agree they are must not lose games, but not in themselves enough to keep us up (45 pts), prob still need 2 wins from the other 6 to be absolutely sure (51pts) ??
