Craig Clay has been selected for England C team

That makes alliterative sense.
These go to eleven.

ok, stretching the thread topic a bit here, but Martyn Booty's son, Regan Jak Booty, made the bench for Huddersfield last night. He's only 17 but has already been a regular for their U21's this season apparently.

Hope he's better than his dad was.

lol

Recall watching him in the reserves one midweek afternoon at Saltergate. He was captain (I seem to recall we were playing Newcastle reserves but that could be my mind playing tricks) and a young lad playing right back hooked a ball, first time, on to the roof of the St Margarets Drive stand. Martyn screamed at him "Take a F**king Touch" much to the delight of the couple of hundred watching. Minutes later, Martyn was faced with a similar ball and did exactly the same, clearing the stand roof!. Several of us sat on the front row, almost in unison, jumped up and shouted "take a f**king touch" at him.

He didn't look impressed!!

Booty trying to fight a fan at Wycombe was pretty funny

Seems he's worse at naming kids than he was at football

Jak Booty?

Denmark friendly

Although the SFA might want to check their player registration database:

"In the second game at Hampden Park five days later, Gordon has called-up Nottingham Forest duo Liam Cooper and Oliver Burke for the first time"

Jordan Burrow, Matty Brown and Hamza Bencherrif helped Halifax get to Wembley in the FA Vase Trophy today. They will face Craig Clay and Gregory Robertsons Grimsby.

Stupid decision to appoint him in the first place. They're also about to be sold to some local business bloke I think.

To be pedantic it's just the FA Trophy, the Vase being a separate cup competition for those further down the pyramid
