To me, it's a simple demand that we should butt out.

CT has found a businessman who, because he can make money from his relationship with PPP, has chucked some money at CFC via sponsorship. CT takes the view that the morals/credit rating/track record of said person is nowt to do with us or CFC if it jeopardises the sponsorship.

That's his view. I suspect many self employed posters might take a similar stance in the sense that they don't care who they take their money off. My personal view is that you have to draw the line somewhere about who you deal with.
