This is all starting to get a bit weird now. Having kept abreast of the thread I don't recall any specific "allegations". I also wonder, based on its web presence, what it is that "Royal Pearl" does which would merit being advertised in such a manner.

I feel that I am missing something.

A proper explanation is what's missing, it's an incrediblly naive statement, that just fans the flames.

that for me indicates a trade off in lieu of work undertaken for us.

There can't be many consultants that seek to sponsor their clients

Given that we shout from the rooftop when someone sponsors the paperclips, this is a sizeable agreement to go without any mention until now.

Especially when they've had the founder of Pearl International speak on Camera on the clubs official you tube channel back in December about the work he was doing for the club. Oddlyb he talked about being a current or past sponsor without revealing the name of his company, in a clip that has since been removed

Strip this down to the nuts & bolts. There are 3 businesses involved in an arrangement:

1) CFC Football Development / CFC.

2) Genova International School of Soccer, who have a history of running coaching setups. A Google search shows that Dennis Bingham is their GM.

3) Royal Pearl International, owned by Dennis Bingham. Very limited information available on company & owner.

If Bingham is the GM of GISS, for what reason would he want to build the Royal Pearl International name with Chesterfield Football Club?

This is where it gets interesting. Is Bingham's relationship direct with CFC or CFC Football Development School?

Exactly the logical sponsorship would be GISS and the announcement of a development partnership such as what they have with 6 or 7 other clubs,

I wonder what market an international oil trader is trying to reach by sponsoring a league one football club?

I'm wondering why would they do that, after all, the statement on the OS implies that allegations (which ones?) are false and everything is above board?

A new hope.

It looks like the club is adopting the "Mushroom" approach to information release: keep 'em in the dark, and cover with crap

Not for much longer, no way to treat a new sponsor and previously announced key man in the international development set up

I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with CBC's or CFC's way of doing business this week. Certainly their approaches have some startling similarities.

Here's an interesting one. Restrict a Google search to show results up to and including 31/07/14. How many results for:

1) Dennis Bingham Genova International School of Soccer?

2) Dennis Bingham Royal Pearl International?

Still there just watched it! Who has paid for the extensive travelling this Bingham character talks about?? If it's the club it's all of us who buy tickets. Come on Mr Allen what do you know about all this? Are you comfortable with it I think the fans need some reassurance from the club chairman

I've looked none

The first mention being 5/8/14 when the Royal Pearl website appears to have been published, it seems for the sole purpose of telling the world they were founded in 2014.

It's quite a coup for the club pulling in a sponsor with no traceable record on t'internet of ever sponsoring anything else, despite the Sultan of Oman recognising world sports

English even Dennis Bingham wants to buy the Monza. Pagniello and Belfanti in leadership?

Anthony Armstrong-Emery could give in the Associazione Calcio Monza Brianza 1912, but only to a person of his choice, also English, by the name of Dennis Bingham. A notify MBNews was Davide Sanna, in charge of the press office of the Genova International School of Soccer of Maurizio Antonio properties, called "Morris", Pagniello, the former footballer italoaustraliano and former president of Trento that surely would be part of the new management .

Bingham, owner of Royal Pearl International Llc, transport and services company based in Oman, has been contacted by its Pagniello, friend of the director general of Monza, Mauro Ulizio, in order to save the Monza from bankruptcy. The entrepreneur italoaustraliano last May had signed a cooperation agreement with the Monza club that was short-lived. "It lasted only a month and a half - explains Sanna - because then GISS has received an attractive offer from Chievoverona who decided to accept. We wanted to create an academy in Brianza football for young talents from all over the world, but also because of logistical difficulties we transferred our 33 boys in Veneto ".

Pagniello together with Piervittorio Belfanti, also a businessman multitasking, formerly partner and co-manager Lele Mora Disco House, owner of Trento, has since last August that is trying to buy the Pro Patria by Giovanni Vavassori. The interest Monza means that is less than that for "tiger cub" club? "Now there is the Monza to save. For the Pro Patria is later seen "explains Sanna.

The day after Bingham will enter the Monzelli sports center for "touch" something decided to buy. The offer made to the countryman is a more euro debt payments, which amount to about 2 million 200 thousand euro. Exactly the same presented by a great Venetian entrepreneur, allied to a Lombard property developer, Arturo Meglio, the lawyer Milan Armstrong-Emery. " If the current president accepts the offer, Bingham will be the new president " he announced Sanna. Meanwhile it is expected by the hour (but the "rumors" are already talking about returning to the weekend) the transfer with 720mila euro promised by "AAE" to recapitalize the company and avoid bankruptcy. The Administrative Council, without the president (for some time in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, following the serious financial problems of the multinational-owned, the Ecohouse Group), called the ordinary shareholders' meeting next Monday and well l 'extraordinary Meeting four days later "to the formalities required by law". In practice, in the Ordinary Board Meeting and the Board of Auditors in charge of the statutory audit will require to Armstrong-Emery sufficient recapitalization to ensure business continuity, while extraordinary in the Assembly, therefore, in the presence of a notary, will occur if the request has been accepted. If not the CEO Maurizio Prada will travel to the Bankruptcy Court with books under his arm to ask for temporary operation. If the money were to come in corporate coffers and be used to recapitalize then they would change scenarios: the extraordinary meeting would give the green light to continue its activities without delay and you would pay the salaries of September and October in order to stop the procedure formal notice; also they salderebbero debts with different suppliers, another of which has filed for bankruptcy in recent days. That the situation is to limit confirmed by the fact that the current account of the company was blocked following the execution of the attachment to third.
