You'd think they could have dressed the set a bit better if they wanted folk to believe they had offices in both Monaco and Muscat, rather than what is probably a portacabin on a trading estate somewhere just outside Newport Pagnell.

It is a telling interview, that I suspect may soon disappear.

It will be very interesting to see how the club deal with this mess.

For the reasons detailed by "For Your Eyes Only", the centre has now switched focus to overseas students. If the club take swift action and adopt a policy of damage limitation, do they have a plan B? I suspect not.

Our club is starting to attract some odd characters. Sadly those whose job it is to conduct due diligence on these people, welcome them with open arms.

Not only are such situations concerning and embarrassing, they are becoming far too frequent for my liking. This is NOT normal.

I've just sent this link to a few friends in the oil industry and the Omani ambassador's assistant I met from my days in Dubai; the results could be as revealing as our findings of the 'fake sheikh'. Watch this space...

And the first reports are in...

From a Shell employee in Dubai: We have no record of Dennis Bingham or Sara Shaban as employees, brokers or customers. My Omani counterpart found the same when I contacted him. I have people in my office looking further into this. If they are using our company in any way to further their own means, we will take action.

Omani Ambassador's assistant: So many things wrong with this. No such place as Chubra in Oman. Chubra is actually in Bulgaria. Al Ghubrah is in Muscat. 3706 Way is not in Ghubrah, it sits in Al Koudh, approximately 30km away. 3706 Way is in a residential area, it is not a commercial zone. It is also concerning that a business address does not have PO Box listed, as our postal service is not the same as the UK, as you know. The CR Number (Central Registration Number) for the business is not recognised by my colleague when searching.

If I hear more, I'll report back

Regrettable that an owner worth £80m has any reason to allow his club to become involved with such people.

They have given about 100 thousand Euros in the years to sports agent who promised him

They have given about 100 thousand Euros in the years to sports agent who promised him heaven and earth to the career of their son footballer. Eventually they denounced what they say was a scam, but the judge filed.

A nightmare to a pair of Croatian origin residing in Australia and that some time ago had come to Falcade. There he stopped the international football school Iss Genoa International Maurizio Antonio Pagniello said Morris, former footballer Italo-Australian born in 1977 ended in late May in one of the last cyclone of the match-fixing inquiry "Dirty soccer". Pagniello, who was in Spain when they were to take the handcuffs, had then formed the police in Catanzaro and was subjected to the obligation of the submission to pg.

The affair ended in Belluno in the prosecution took place, however, before the scandal. The sports agent, who resides in the principality of Monaco, former President of Trento Calcio 1921 in 2013, he promised, as reported by the parents of the aspiring footballer, who would play the guy in Serie B in Vicenza. From there they start a series of meetings in various cities in Italy and especially the constant demands of Morris Pagniello money: 20 thousand, 10 thousand to reach the total of 100 thousand euro. The boy actually did some bench in Serie B, also in Vicenza, but nothing of the football career promised by Pagniello talent scout, so that today, age does not play anymore. "He arrived at Ferrari, promised heaven and earth, said he knew all", they told the parents in the complaint lodged with the police. In the end it came the cold shower and the awakening from this dream for her son projected into a future footballing fame, who lulled them for a few months. The awakening in Pisa, where Pagniello had urged parents and young football promise for one of the meetings in view of an engagement in Pisa. Even there the arrival at Ferrari, promises, money from the pockets and the invitation into a luxury hotel. "You are my guests," he told the prosecutor. Parents, however, have found themselves at the end the bill and have not seen Pagniello. Take the complaint for fraud and investigations are calling for expertise in the Prosecutor of Belluno, as the first act of the alleged conduct had occurred in the football school in Falcade. The coordinated investigation by prosecutor Roberta Gallego ends with a request to dismiss the complaint because it was filed outside time limit (90 days had elapsed from the latest facts). At that required storage objected Friday, June 12 in the classroom of the preliminary hearing in the court of Belluno parents of the player, who trust the lawyer Giovanni Battista Santini the province of Lucca. They argued that it was aggravated fraud and consequently brought ex officio. The suspect, however, was defended by Morris Pagniello gherda Forlin, who took office a few days before after the prosecutor's defense gave up the mandate. The investigating magistrate Vincenzo Sgubbi has reserved the decision, which arrived Thursday: the case was filed. Now parents, who do not give up and that may have recourse to the Supreme Court, awaiting the storage reasons.

This chap has even setup his own website to go to town on them!

http://www.mygissexperience.org/

http://cheaponlinein...e/tag/fraudcon/

I stayed in Italy for a while training with his soccer school called genova international school soccer. Which i know found the director is a fraud. And i trained there for a few months and i wanted to go on a team and he said he could get me on a champions league soccer team reserve team which he did, but i had to pay 80 000 for it (which i now found out is unethical). so i signed the contract and it expires on in a year from now. i realized the team wasnt that great and he said he would return my money but now he is just trying to play it off and im pretty sure he pocketed the money. I have emails to prove that he admits that he will pay us back, and also im sure that he did not pay the club the full amount of money which was supposed to go to the club. So could i use emails or facebook messages in court when if we sue him because it would be so easy to show that he is a fraud. Also if he didnt give all the money to the club then he would have to provide a bank statement and it would be so easy to sue him because the money was supposed to go the club not him. Also could i tell fifa to investigate this becauses it a very big team Cfr Cluj . They are also in champions league this year.
