As I said earlier in the month, it's almost an identical situation to the one the club found itself in with Jordan Calver & Abdul Latif Alnassar!

Who is Calver, don't recall him.

In this case Bingham will argue he's advising on implementing a successful international business model over here as well it seems on advising Monza on how to overcome their financial difficulties in order to make the club sellable. He's also not claiming yet that CFC are a partner in the international group he's part of.

What we do know is how Liam Graham came to join us, the problem with the clearance to play not being a great advert for his venture

venture

Calver was a lad in the DC, represented by Alnassar. The same day the club sent Alnassar packing, Calver was released from the DC.

Can I assume that questions will be asked about this joker at the 'clear the air meeting'?

I think putting these things on here before the meeting is daft, it buys time to put excuses together if required.

December 12, here's the twist: Dennis Bingham , English entrepreneur holder (real or perceived?) Of a transportation and services company based in Oman, today announced that the new owner of Monza and be ready to weld there to a few days wages. It seems good news but it is not because at Monza Bingham soon becomes an ethereal figure. No one in the company is able to track him down, and what is worse Bingham does not pay or wages or suppliers and fails to recapitalize the company. This brings us to the first of January and the (understandable) flee, flee General of players who, taking advantage of the opportunity to request the emergency exit because of non-payment of salaries, have accasati in other companies. In less than 10 days Pea saw 16 players from the first team (Anastasi, Beduschi, Briganti, Burrai, Sheet, Hetemaj, Margiotta, Freemasons, Perini, Radrezza, Rampi, Virdis, Life, Viotti, Zigoni and Zullo) replaced only part of five arrivals (Corduas, De Bode, Gaeta, Lucarini and Towers) who have already debuted last Friday in the derby lost 1-0 to Renate, where Monza is still torn applause from the audience for the grit that has been able to in the field with a team of young people and children led by captain Anghileri (idol of the curve and only one to give up the ramp to love mesh).

During the press conference presenting the new white society, the sole director Peter Montaquila told to present a disturbing backstory concerning former President Dennis Bingham: " When we took the Monza, Bingham wanted as severance pay 100 thousand euro, then 50 thousand, then fell to 30 thousand, then wanted a Smart, a football and a shirt. in the end I signed a check for 30 thousand euro view which was filed by the lawyer in attorney Nocera hands. They owed it keep up to 28 February and after that date could have been collected. Bingham had the bright idea of going from Nocera and threaten him, estorcendogli the check. the lawyer Nocera gave it to him and we found ourselves having to report to the Prosecutor of the Republic asking the seizure of the check. What made by the Guardia di Finanza. Even the Nocera lawyer denounced Bingham to threats and extortion at the Prosecutor's Office . "

( Paul Mariani ) Bingham as Santa Claus exists or does not exist? Brings the promised gifts or not? That Santa Claus, intermediaries, ports gifts is now ascertained, while Mr. Bingham, to date seems to have even filled the bag (we are always ready to change their minds or change the information if news the facts demonstrate otherwise). The curiosity is strong and a few questions there we placed, indeed we placed where it was possible.
We saw a FB profile appear quickly and we rushed to contact the owner. A brief exchange of messages and then the profile becomes unreachable within a few days, after the request to know when it was scheduled to arrive in Monza and the possible existence of a press officer.
We have written several times to the addresses indicated on the site of the Royal Pearl Company LLC (company of alleged neo-President) asking if "our" Mr Bingham was the same one who presides and / or manages the company and ask when he planned to come to Italy, it's quite natural for an entrepreneur who purchases, albeit at a euro, a company in which to inject more than two million. Would not it be logical to go to visit his investment? Alternatively the possibility of remote interview. By phantom companies no response, a poor response from FB profile that uses the words " I would like to meet with you " (sent from a mobile phone). Some concern on the use of prepositions in the response, but we omit the linguistic digressions. Attempts to know the lawyer's name that has followed and the deed were in vain because the company is " in blackout (only speaks the coach after the games) as long as Mr. Bingham will not do a press conference where he will explain his projects. This should happen in the coming days, in the meantime there are several urgent problems that must solve . (The answer of Monza Calcio on 21 December). We focused on school part of Mr. Bingham curriculum (in fact very little is known about him, see the previous article ). The University of Harvard, in the person of Mrs. Stephanie Office of Public Affairs & Communications claims to have no trace of the subject in the list of former students ( " We do not have records of Dennis Bingham in our alumni directory" ). However, it is only right and important to clarify that Mr. Bingham was able to take courses with scholarships or extra specializations official or distance courses ( ... it's still possible That Mr. Bingham Studied here without receiving a degree through, for example, to fellowship ( eg Fulbright Scholarship) or even "He could have done so as a study abroad program" ). of course the media debut is worrying: total absent. Absence, mystery, FB profiles that appear and disappear, interview requests no reply and answers lapidary no certainty of the sender. Maybe it's hard to find reindeer and sleigh in Dubai and Masqat, but an airline ticket and rental car should not be a major obstacle to the mogul new president of Monza Calcio. in the worst case can always ask for a switching to Epiphany. The wait continues ...

Operation "Dirty soccer", eavesdropping on Monza, "Bingham wants 100 thousand euro"
Two "suspicious" of the Monza races according to Calabrian Dda. Attempts to falsify the results take place in the hours before the matches, the reconstruction is done through wiretaps contained in the investigation papers "Dirty soccer".

Two "suspicious" of the Monza races according to Calabrian DDA: the internal challenge with Torres on 17 December and the trip to Bassano four days later. Attempts to "combine" to falsify the results, take place in the hours before the matches, the reconstruction is done through wiretaps contained in the investigation papers "Dirty soccer".

The day before the Monza-Torres, Mauro and Enzo Ulizio Nucifora (sports director of the Sardinians) reach Lombardy. The second wants to make a profit but you have to convince Dennis Bingham, neo owner Monza.

The meeting between Ulizio (which in an Albanian organizer says, "but those friends who had to buy the car are still in Italy?", Where "machine" means the game) and Bingham of Monza takes place in a restaurant on organizing Morris Pagniello, at the time of the consultant company that Ulizio, always on the phone, said: "he (referring to Bingham) before Christmas must have money in the account for the recapitalization of the company, 200 thousand"; "Well - responds Ulizio - so now I can help (...) I have to tell him that he should pay attention, because tomorrow we have to do ..."; and Pagniello that he responds: "... yes, yes, do it ... he already knows."

The meeting also attends Gianni Califano (sports director of Monza). It is to late evening: "... I am with the president, I'm here, now we're swapping" says Ulizio to Nucifora, which in a later phone call, camouflages the real negotiations are talking about a non-existent, "the contract Virdis» ..

Still Ulizio, reporting the Bingham answer: "He said it was a request a bit 'special ... he wanted 100 thousand euro" and the other, which says, "banks are so open tomorrow morning." But then Bingham seems pull back: "It's hard to convince on some things," and in the end it does not do anything, "eh ... I know that we do not start (...) you **** on me."

Ulizio then tells Nucufora, trying to explain the failure of the negotiation that many players, given the situation of the company, they will want to show in the field to find a new team: "We commit to death, they will have all the poisoned tooth." In fact, the game ends 3 to 0 for Monza.

Four days later, Ulizio is again at work to try to alter the result of Bassano-Monza in favor of the first. Bingham is convinced and asks 120 thousand euro. Pagniello has a number of tasks: to convince Bingham to release as many players as possible, find ways to deploy only those who will surely remain and those of the Caps, a lawmaker with Mr. Pea (but in this case the attempt has been successful) and possibly exempt.

Initially, the deal covers two "machines", "which are a 50 and 30 the other." But then the leadership of Monza asks, "a Lamborghini (...) want to 120 thousand Euros," says Ulizio. But the funder, the organizer of the "combine" answers, "More than 55 thousand do not spend."

Pea is immovable and at that point also Bingham hold back and do not do anything.

And Ulizio gets impatient and says that the President is unreliable, "when you say yes, ok, then changes'; The judgment is categorical: "With the Monza just .. at the end you conclude anything."

Monza, Bingham had referred to the Federal Court

ontinue problems for the Monza Calcio . The Federal Prosecutor , following the alert Co.Vi.So.C. , has referred to the Federal Court National Section Disciplinary legal representative pro-tempore of Monza (Group A of the Pro League) Patrick Dennis Bingham . Which, however, he has given the team last January.

Bingham did not honor the economic commitments

The referral has come "for not having documented the Federal competent organs of the payment of the remuneration due to their members, employees and collaborators assigned to the sports sector for the month of September and October 2014" and "for not documented the place payment of withholding personal income tax and contributions INPS relating to the fees payable to its members, employees and collaborators assigned to the sports sector for the month of September and October 2014 ". The company was referred by way of direct responsibility.

At Monza await a new board

"I came to Monza to save the Club: this was my project and my rescue project is now complete without that it has derived no profit," he explained Bingham in mid-January, when after a month had sold the team to Peter Montaquila .

"Bingham is currently not even in Italy and not even know what can touch, this referral," they know from Monza Calcio & Finance . "Currently Montaquila is the only executive figure, pre-bankruptcy hearing the Court ordered that it should close all the other instances of failure because he can continue to run the company." Currently, there are 5 instances of failure yet open, with five different players. the Court set to close them by March 6 date after which you can proceed with the establishment of a new board.

Bets, involving Bingham President "flash" of Monza

In the investigation of match-fixing carried the DDA in Catanzaro also involved English at the helm of the company in December 2014. Stay current and former executive dg

No money. Players on the run, the bankruptcy petition to the Prosecutor that we will discuss in a few days, on May 26. Now the last tile, and tribolatissima on the recent history of the Monza Calcio (now in the Pro League, must play in the playoffs): the involvement of Dennis Patrick Bingham last maxi-raid on match (his position "is being studied investigators "we read in court papers). Also arrested for the former general manager of Monza Calcio Mauro Ulizio and current sporting director Gianni Califano. To Bingham is a name that the chronicles remember him for his recent move to the company presidency. A "guide" record, the British tanker: it was the "fastest owner 'of the club, remained under his direction only for a month and a few days. Everything in December 2014 and early January 2015. Broker, manager, always traveling between Dubai, London and the Middle East. For he does not know anything more. It still is not clear its role in this inquiry that mixes betting and organized crime.

The first failure in 2004
Certainly it remains that ten years after the failure of 2004, the red and white society finds herself back from the brink. Its more than 100 years history of sports are drowning in a sea of troubles. The falcidie judicial jeopardizes also hopes dates from the passage of the key date of May 26, the deadline that the Court has given to the company to settle accounts and avoid bankruptcy. What is making the governance appresentata represented by Peter Montaquila (now at, while the president is Paolo Di Stanislao) that detected the Monza from Bingham. "In recent months we have done everything possible to save the Monza: we paid some debts - said in March Montaquila - so much so that the bankruptcy petitions were withdrawn, while on the sporting front we found a practically zero pink and we set ourselves to do market in recent days to build a competitive team. In short, we did not stop at the first hurdle: we believe in this city and in this fan base. "
The arrival of an Anglo-Brazilian entrepreneur
In the spring of 2013, the acquisition of the white and red club by Anthony Armstrong Emery, Anglo-Brazilian entrepreneur friend of Clarence Seedorf, seemed to have brought a breath of fresh air. Emery was able to immediately attract attention with an anti-racism campaign, and last summer he contacted even Zeman. The Bohemian replied no, but in the meantime the builder carioca had already passed the counter with a big draft of Brianteo restructuring. In the fall, however, things have started to go downhill. The relaunch of the stadium is gone and he Emery struggling with alleged legal problems in Brazil. Thus, the assembly company last November 21, the CEO Maurizio Prada could not do anything but dry up the company's accounts to cover the debts (7,000,000 waiting for a recapitalization that never comes. In mid-December the property is passed into the hands of Bingham but apart from a couple of appearances at the stadium also he went missing.

Football betting: the Monza in trouble for match-fixing

Football betting: the Monza in trouble for match-fixing . We miss this well for the "ramshackle" team in Brianza. Steps to electricity bills unpaid. Digested the gas bills unpaid. But for fans of the Monza football too. No money, a failure at the entrance (May 26 the hearing), players "run away". Now the judicial blow for a team that plays in the Pro League and must play in the playoffs . The match-fixing scandal mounts throughout Italy. This morning the police began to run dozens of detentions against footballers, managers and club presidents. The charges: conspiracy to sporting fraud.

INQUIRY ON MATCHES rigged - For 70 people involved in the survey. Among the matches ended a target of their game from the prosecutor of Catanzaro , there is also the match Monza-Bassano of 21 December 2014. Meeting ended in victory for the Giallorossi 2-1 (Iocolano of networks and Pietribiasi for the bosses home). A "fake" game according to the magistrate. The survey covers only the Monza. The lists of games under the magnifying glass there are also other meetings of Monza. The former owner Dennis Patrick Bingham in trouble. Also arrested for the former general manager of Monza Calcio Mauro Ulizio and current sporting director Gianni Califano . THE MONZA - The brianzola team last year was in trouble and could not pay stipendi.Una situation that the red and white fans know very well. In mid-December passed in hand English Dennis Patrick Bingham, the Englishman with the "firm" in Qatar. Broker, manager, always traveling between Dubai, London and the Middle East. Then him mystery. Now it is not clear his role in this inquiry that mixes betting and organized crime. But the situation remained dramatic, given also the old debts. On 13 January, the Monza was purchased by a new group of entrepreneurs.

TOWARD BANKRUPTCY - The first in 2004. Its more than 100 years history of sports are reeling in a lot of trouble. economic and judicial. What is making the governance appresentata represented by Peter Montaquila (now CEO, the president is Paolo Di Stanislao) that detected the Monza from Bingham.

MONZA YEARS DISASTROUS - In the spring of 2013, the acquisition of the Monza club by Anthony Armstrong Emery , entrepreneur Anglo-Brazilian great friend of Clarence Seedorf . The Brazilian threw himself headlong into an anti racism campaign, and last summer he contacted even Zeman to come to coach Monza . The Bohemian replied no, but in the meantime the builder carioca had already passed the counter with a big draft of Brianteo restructuring. In the fall, however, things have started to go downhill. The stadium revitalization project is gone, and with him also Emery struggling with legal problems in Brazil. In mid-December the property passed into the hands of Bingham, an authentic ghost emerged from the Prosecutor cards when the fans had already forgotten him.

So the coach of Monza said "no" to fraud attempts

The coach Fulvio Pea does not speak. With his boys of Monza is preparing the delicate challenge on Saturday in Pordenone, in the going of the playout of the Pro League, Group A. The coach does not speak but, for him, speaking of the prosecutor of Catanzaro cards that the conclusion of Dirty Soccer (Football dirt) has once again upset the already troubled waters of Italian football.

Pea is silent, but the intercepts that the prosecutor of the DDA in Catanzaro Elio Romano transcribes in the firm decree show that he, technical 48 year old from Lodi who in his life has never played a minute ball but toured Italy for 26 years to bring the his belief in the football fields, was unapproachable.

Pea has tight-lipped, but by rumors that filter from the company Monza - in different ways are called into question the ds Gianni Califano, the former general director Mauro Ulizio, former President Dennis Bingham and his collaborator Morris Pagniello - it seems that the mister even deny ever being approached.

In this Italy pallonara, therefore, some say no. And there are those, like the prosecutor of Catanzaro, it certifies.

On the evening of December 19, 2014, between a phone and the other, Ulizio receives the call of Pagniello that brings bad news: the attempt to co-opt a combine coach Monza Pea had failed miserably. "Pagniello the presence of President Binghmam - states on page 715 of the decree - had first stumbled upon the challenge that a group of ultras brianzoli had staged against society, then had tried to recruit Mr. Pea impersonating sports fraud for an easy way to remedy the situation of the company Monza, defined as "... a dramatic situation ... no ... no drastic dramatic ..." ». prophetic words: Monza today is not even president.

Dignity is Dignity, however, and has nothing to do with the wallet. In fact, it reads in the words of the Roman pm, at the insistence anything they could against the coach's determination of Monza, which continued to refuse to "sell" the usual "combinatorial", rejecting even the offer of personal economic gain " ... there is no availability ... no availability from him ... zero ... but Mauro scratch right when I say ... look there Bmw for you there ... you know .. .andiamo, company .... '

Pea in the 2004/2005 season has been training for a few weeks, as deputy Gigi Simoni in Siena, the Brescia striker, 37, is currently the Pro Patria of Busto Arsizio, Matteo Serafini. The two did not know that their stories would be diverted to interbreed to 10 years away. They are always the prosecutor of Catanzaro cards that tell that this affiliated FIGC was unapproachable. On the contrary: one day he even claimed that some of his companions was worthy of being ostracized by society and in response he felt responding to defy some duel. Maybe Pea might ask Serafini borrow to play with his Monza Saturday at 16 the challenge to heart-pounding with Pordenone to remain in professional football.

What we do know is how Liam Graham came to join us, the problem with the clearance to play not being a great advert for his venture

Do you fancy hazarding a guess at what the bludddddy hell is going on?

It's absurd that he's neither been released nor ever been in the 1st team squad. It's as though DW (and DS before him) is keeping to an agreement to let him be a permanent fixture in the reserves. Why would they do that? Do they have to pay Bingham if he gets selected for the squad? Do they derive income from somewhere (his dad?) with this arrangement?

Bingham ... who was he?

( Paul Mariani ) most ready to change your mind when someone can prove - with facts and / or documents and not raising his voice as the horse trading - the groundlessness of our considerations. Until then grant us a bit 'of skepticism. Moreover when one gets burned with the hot water, then also fears that cold. However, the water in the house Football Monza should not be scary for their temperature, but for stirring lotus, apparently appeased by the announcement of the purchase by the new deus ex machina billionaire. Only time will confirm whether or not this skepticism. Mr. Bingham, who was he?

Painted as a tycoon who studied at Harvard, founder of a transportation and related services giant based in the Middle East, do not know each other information. 141216 Bingham facebook - CopyEntrusting the network we tried to appease the curiosity, but the results have been poor. The methodology used is the use of the most widespread and powerful search engine. "Network of networks" Typing "royal pearl" + "bingham" + "monza" appear about 1200 occurrences, 10 results per page, 120 pages, the first 40 pages include only results that reference sites and the purchase of football club town by Mr. Bingham. No pages, not even a line on the British buyer, past life, companies of note, even a citation for having fought in the scouts as a kid, or to have participated in the school Christmas play. A little 'just for such an important entrepreneur.

While noting that some occurrences include the same news picked up by aggregators and information portals, the fact remains that 30% of pages on the same subject, without even an occurrence relative to the subject in question appears strange.
We change keywords and write "royal pearl" + "dennis bingham". We have 883 results, 10 results per page, 88 pages, the first 60 replicate the above. Over 70% of occurrences, and even one of them refers to a site, news, gossip on the tycoon. Not a million dollar donation to a charity, a visit to the Sultan of Oman, a presence at a social event, a fight in the souks of Muscat (capital of the Sultanate of Oman where he claims to reside), a conversion to Islam, nothing.

not content we wrote to the addresses indicated in the site of Royal Pearl LLC where he cites Al Jahra Building Bur-Dubai, Dubai-UAE as the venue and address, and wondering if indeed the person we're looking for as new president of the Football Monza was also president , partner or co-owner of the company and, if so, could answer a few questions, a phone interview or email, miserable solution, perhaps in video call, but better than nothing, whereas Mr. Bingham seems not even introducing himself personally the signing of the purchase contract.

waiting for answers that make vanish the doubts arising from the mystery around the supposed new president of the Football Monza we have to wait, if not his person, at least the money promised and necessary. We will keep you informed if and when they get the answers.

I think putting these things on here before the meeting is daft, it buys time to put excuses together if required.

I think its also becoming glaringly obvious that the 'clear the air' meeting will be anything but!

I think he was introduced to us because his Dad was allegedly happy to cover his stay through the development centre. Saunders happy to go along with it as we needed a right back at the time and it wasn't coming out of his budget whilst doing his boss (Turner) a favour as had he been good enough it would be a great advert for the development centre.

However they messed up because he'd been registered with at least one other club, the latest being spanish 4th tier side Lorca Deportivo, that both player and agent appear to have forgooten about when he arrived here

Do you happen to know owt about player registration rules?. I presume that FA rules state that ALL players playing in organised football have to be registered.
Which club are PPP players registered with?

I'm happy that Graham is (at last) registered with CFC. It looks like Davis Keiller-Dunn is as well as he's been selected by Mark Smith presumably whilst still studying for his BTec. But which club are the rest of the PPP team registered with?.
