Further to my initial thread suggesting this meeting.

It was agreed that on my return from holiday in early March I will lease with Nick Johnson and a date will be set for said meeting to take place.

It will be held on a midweek evening and myself and round about a dozen other members of this board will attend.

The evening will start with Chris Turner and Liam Sutcliffe making a presentation about the DC/PPP,giving details of how it is run,its aims and the future,etc.

There will then be a question and answer session where everyone will have the chance to have their say.

Obviously there's going to be more wanting to attend than places.

If that proves to be the case I will come up with a fair method of place allocation.

The only request I would make is that all those attending conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and the evening is not turned into a slanging match.

I would ask anyone who wishes to attend to pm me,telling me a little about themselves and what they think they could contribute.

Please any Ladies on the board get involved as well.

As I have stated I go on holiday tomorrow until 2nd,March.

So please don't expect a quick response from me.

It would be useful to identify people with key understandings of all aspects of any questions asked to attend
Eg Accountants, people running successful businesses, people who understand the education system, people with a good knowledge of CFC

Very well done for getting this organised. I don't know if Turner is as guilty as many make out or not but it's good to see the club acting- couldn't have seen this happening during Norton Lea's time.

I think that once those attending are selected it would be a good idea to meet up a couple of days of the meeting and get some sort of questioning strategy in place.

Thanks,as I've stated all at Fridays meeting in my opinion answered all the questions/allegations with no issue being avoided.

I leave people to form their own conclusions as some already have.

I've spoken to Nige about this and am happy to attend; however I kinda wonder what good it'll do.

Unless a number of aggrieved parents come forward and confirm they're still to receive monies owed, or unless someone produces literature proving what CT and LS are claiming is false, it's simply a case of who do folk wanna believe.

That said if the two directors of the DC choose to make definitive statements regarding the relationship between CFC and their enterprise, then fair enough. At least it'll allow interested parties to contrast those statements against available evidence.

As you are the one that started a 22 page thread about the "questionable enterprise" I would have thought you would want to be there to get your own question answered. Its also very noticeable that within that 22 page thread there are a number of outspoken posters who seem to have gone into hiding now they have the opportunity to have a face to face meeting with the person or people they seem to have such a big issue with.
