The response only really answered part of the question you posed though! Namely why UK scholars left the village, it doesn't answer whether or not higher paying foreign scholars have subsequently been shipped in and if profit is being put before ability!

Someone on another forum was saying his nephew has signed for a scholarship with CFC International Academy who is from Ireland.
There are 4 of them altogether from Ireland and they're moving into the village in July.

That probably explains why the bailiffs turned up at the stadium then and that visit prompted a change of address.

The only CCJ to show on the credit file is dated 10/10/14. The Board of Directors, including Turner were asked about the judgement at the CFC AGM on 23/10/14, no one knew anything about it & the following day, the accountant still couldn't find a trace of it. Given that in normal circumstances, the claimant will have persued the debt, issued a 7 day notice of legal proceedings & on top of that, the court would have wrote to the defendant asking them to file a defence before the hearing, then it looks to me like all correspondence was ignored. I understand the claimant in this case was a supplier.

As a result & to avoid further embarrassment, I suspect the registered address was changed on 06/11/14 to avoid a repeat of the above. The latest claim involving the TV crew is more recent.
