Development Squad Youth Team Etc....... Do we need them

After the goings on across the road and all the funding needed for these projects. I would ask the simple question...what has cfc got out out of it?? Not a lot. When did a young lad make it to first team football - regularly???

A preferred option might be first team and reserves.
I just feel we need a product re-alignment and simplify things, focus on the core business with a bigger scouting network.

Yep, at 16 and only cos their academy shut down, and he came here with one of the coaches.

IIRC him and Bowery came from Notts County's disbanded youth team at the age of 15 or 16?

Darikwa and Clay were from Notts C. Bowery was released by Derby C.
