The Express newspaper ran an article recently about a trip last year to France that had to be postponed.

The lady in the article claimed not to have received a refund despite a number of requests and promises of payment.

The lady in question was actually refunded in full before the date the newspaper ran the story and although they were fully aware of that they still chose to run the story.

The delay in payment was due to cash flow problems within the company that totally relies on fees being paid on time by scholars parents to pay bills and running costs.

Unfortunately a large percentage of due fees were not being received when they should be.

The BIG BIG issue in of all of this is Chris Turner's dual roll between the 2 companies.

The football club fortunes have a big bearing here whereby fans always look for someone to blame especially when we have experienced such highs and lows over such a relatively short period.

CT by his position at the club is in the firing line and it does not help him when such questionable issues come to light as we are experiencing at the moment.

I congratulate all concerned from both sides so to speak in attempting to be open about fans misgivings. Explanations are being offered but I think the confidence in CT is shot to pieces from a fans view

http://cfcfds.co.uk/...sion-statement/

The sad thing about it is the concept is fair enough, CT's mission statement (see above link) reads well, but as with the club itself, those running it are screwing it up

So instead of Sutcliffe and Turner failing to refund money they're blaming parents for not paying what's owed on time?

I wonder what those parents will think of that.
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

Whilst they may have paid the refund before the press ran the article, isn't the point that they appear to have only paid because the press were contacted
