Since Roberts left I feel he's a lot better player as a whole! His alround performance was of the highest order yesdi!

He's an exciting player to watch when he's on song.

The confidence that he has instilled into the squad in such a short space of time is beyond remarkable....& the effect he is having on certain players..more notably O'Shea & in particular...Ariyibi!!!

Will he be able bring out the talent that everyone expected & thought that he possessed!!? You never know, he could be our next million pound player!!!

All this praise..& he was absolute dog shizzle 4 games ago!!

Watching from behind the dugouts, the difference is night and day.
Saunders barely spoke except for when we didn't press to stop the goalie rolling the ball out to the full backs. That was all he seemed to care about, how we played to stop them.
Wilson was communicating every minute, mostly just making sure everyone was in the right position, but every so often, in breaks in play,he would have a word with a few players and you could see they understood and were on it. I saw hird and herd ask questions, get a quick answer and get back to it.
In a very short space of time there seems to be a lot of respect there. I certainly can't remember any player consulting Saunder's opinion mid game.

Morgan was interesting in the 7-1. Mostly he was shouting "Seconds!!!!" At goal kicks, but was definitely wanting the speed of getting the pass/cross in quicker to start with.
By the end, he was using Liam richardsons running jump /fist pump goal celebration!

Let's hope it keeps going.

Really buzzing for Wigan next week after Saturday - looking like we will take a big following and the feel good factor is creeping back.

Noticed this from SEB in the press this morning.

“It’s difficult to put your finger on it, when a new manager comes in it gives a different injection to different players.

"I think most importantly the players themselves have started playing to their potential and I think the manager has come in and simplified things and given players the confidence to play a natural game.

"There has been no magic wand, it has just been that we’ve started to pick up a few results and it’s been positive, we want to keep going in that vein.”

As many have already said, for players at our level, keep it simple, give them confidence. 1000 odd games of managing, and experience of what makes a L1 squad tick is invaluable I suspect
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

He presents himself very well does Seb. I also noticed he went over to console Gboly. He'd probably make a very good captain. What a coup it would be for DW/CT to secure Seb and Novak for another 18 months.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Thank goodness we didn't land up with Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink who was wanted by a lot of people- 7 games at a decent QPR with no wins.
Found out at this level?

Considering he isn't managing at THIS level and he actually got Burton to the top of the league at THIS level I'm gonna plump for no.

I think we've got Seb for another 18 months, who knows, contract lengths aren't disclosed by the club anymore.

We won't be able to afford Novak come the end of the season, unfortunately.
