The lack of passion was the main thing for me. I can take losing to the better team, but to have no passion for the game is criminal!

Regardless of who the manager has at his disposal tall but 'quality' is down to him. You can lose with your head held high displaying several of those characteristics.

For that reason Saunders should be out.
