I think you can generally rank these games for potency by how interested the police are in the games.

Preston v Blackpool maybe?? When you think about it there are loads of possibles. Plymouth and Exeter City have issues, as do Carlisle and Hartlepool. I think the latter two are a bit of a geographical outpost type thing.

Had the pleasure of attending a Bristol derby about 15 years ago on the charmingly named 'black eye Friday' before Christmas. Definitely not for the faint hearted, and a devil of a job to get into town centre pubs afterwards.
