I booked in June when fixtures came out and paid £32. You won't get anything less than £50 now i'm sure. With you leaving it late then National Express might be cheapest option. Last train back at 8.55pm is usually pretty cheap still if you didn't want to come back on the bus.

Will be absolutely no problem at all.
It's a myth about their fans really.
No hooligan goes to run of the mill league 1 games- they may turn up for West Ham/Palace or Brighton , certainly no trouble against us.
Hmm I would suggest that discretion would still be the better part of valour despite that sound advice.
I've seen people get clonked with no provocation down there so enjoy yourselves cautiously, and certainly no raucous choruses of 'millwalls a sh**hole I want to go home' sung in the streets around the ground, as there are some bad people down there who don't play nicely!
They do hold Chesterfield with some affection down there, especially those who are old enough to recall their visit here at the end of the 82/3 season, apparently they really enjoyed themselves.

Just a tip for those travelling around London on satdi, use a contactless debit card rather than buy an Oyster or Travel Card. It calculates all your journeys and wont charge you beyond the Oyster card travel limit for the zones you use. They can now be used on buses also and are much cheaper than travel cards. Just make sure you swipe in and out.
And you won't have to buy the Oyster card either

I've had one a while, just remember the last time we went down for gillingham we had problems as one card could only pay for two people, luckily the driver let everyone on anyway to save time.

I remember their visit here in the 80's and yes you're correct there wasn't or isn't any angst between the two sets of fans. Just show respect !
