Looks a good, versatile signing. Seen lots of positive comments from Scunthorpe fans. Good stuff.

He can play all across that backas well as midfield according to Saunders if he is the one he was alluding to for the past two weeks

We are signing players for money, this shows we are serious. Here is that contract.
Lots of love
Dean Saunders and Chris Turner.

Hope you're right. He looks a good signing regardless, like I said in the transfer rumour thread I don't know a deal about him but he's had good reports from Scunny fans.

If reports are to be believed he can play both in midfield and at full-back.
No harm in having cover and/or competition for places.

Me to and i could be completely wrong but as it stands it appears this lad is an addition rather than a replacement. Been a few decent comments from West Brom fans as well that saw him play in their first team so hopefully we have another player on our hands. Also fits into the recent plan of players we can develop and sell as well.

he's not come as cover, or to play in defence. 4-3-3 might work, but let's be realistic. At least if he's replacing Sami, he's a great prospect and he's a 6 footer.

Or maybe so we could switch to 3-5-2 when required, as we now have (touch wood) three good central midfielders

Donohue is a bit ginger, but perhaps more of an auburn

Maybe he's like Clucas - DS bemoaned losing him because he could play in more than 1 position. A player who can fill in 2/3 positions is an asset.

Loads of people on here said that Deanie's way is to play with wideman and get as many crosses into the box as possible so neither formation really works too well in that regard.
