From what I saw yesterday, with the players DS has available atm, I wouldn't shy out of dropping Banks, Gardner and O'Shea and giving some of the kids a start and see what happens. They transformed the tempo and movement of our game without a shadow of a doubt.

Will we see Armand and Ewbanks-Blake start a game saturday. Boly certainly has got the bit between his teeth and do you know what no-one has commented about missing Clucas.

It will be interesting to who DS now brings in, and how plan "A" looks once we have a settled 11

I wonder if JOS fancies a move as well?

What makes you say this, any reason

A while ago, someone spoke to JOS and said he was unhappy,
Dema I think, and I see little reason for this to have changed. JOS is a great footballer, he's one of those frustrating at times players who you know could and should be doing it, and has a couple of stinkers. Then he blows you away with a couple of games whee you see the players full ability. I like him a lot, he's great to watch.
I also think he is a confidence player, and needs a certain type of manager to give him a hug now and then and say don't worry about doing "X" you concentrate on your game etc etc. I don't see DS as being so forgiving. He will demand players cover defensive duties as doing the flair thing as well.
I spoke to a lad in Doncaster this morning, seeing as we can now shop at mark and sparks so ask what players DS likes, he said good players but ones who are also "workmen"
I don't see JOS being happy with that at all.
Just my opinion mind, I haven't heard anything to say he asked for a move or anything.

? The first half team didn't raise its game in fact it looked as if they were going to get a cricket score at one time. On that second half performance we should do well but only if DS has the confidence to run with plan B.
Plan A looks pedestrian at times and personally I wasn't over impressed with SEB in either game. I doubt he could keep up with the pace of the youngsters unless he loses some more weight and gets fitter.

Surely they have to be included whilst everyone is getting upto scratch.

Didn't PC say the penny had finally dropped for JOS in respect of his diatry and other requirements towards the end of last season. Imo JOS gives us an added dimension to our playing options.

Yeah I was very much of the same opinion based on yesterday apart from the fact I would keep Jay O as he can have flashes of brilliance. The other two can stay on the bench for me as the new lads are MUCH better. A bit of a dilemma for Deano who to partner with Sam, but in light of recent events it is likely to be a new signing. I would be happy to see Gboly on the right wing and a new left footer for the left wing.

Gboly on the right, new left winger that has pace and let’s play the DS way with pace and power. It looked really promising yesterday (I'm far more optimistic now for the new season than I've been all summer (mind you that wasn't hard, lol). Banks and Gardner out, the strong quick lads in and I don't care IF O'Shea is ditched in favour of pace and power tbh and I really like JayO at that, but if he doesn’t fit he doesn’t fit.
