How will the monies awarded to The Community Hub be shown in the accounts, wasn't that about a million and there's a good chunk of the debt. Not all the losses are down to mis management more like the size of the debt is covering many areas. Are free of all financial committment to the Village and we were told that things will be happening up at the cylinders very soon.

Really not sure with this one, I asked a Forest Mate and he said he thought it had ended!

Forest very much still under embargo. The confusion surrounds a total embargo which was imposed for non-payment of Assombalonga instalment but this was lifted when the overdue amount was paid.

The essence of it is:

Forest cannot spend a transfer or a loan fee. They are restricted to a total spend of £600,000 a year on any new signing. That figure includes wages, agents' fees, and any other "employee costs".
Put simply, until they come out of embargo, replacements for the likes of Darlow and Lascelles need to be free transfers or loans and, by Championship standards, not highly paid

http://www.bbc.co.uk...otball/30479452

I think, in theory, the FFP embargo could have been lifted on 30th June but Forest's losses will have increased substantially last season meaning no chance of any respite yet.

To be fair, they probably realise that Belper is not in Sheffield.

They probably do and albeit surprisingly they more than likely realise what continent they reside in
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

Understand #chesterfieldfc have received an improved offer for Sam Clucas from Wigan #WAFC. It's not clear if meets the valuation.

If we are going to accept offers then it needs to be sooner rather than later. We need time to replace them.
Dave, Ryan, Clucas, Roberts, Doyle gone.?
Half of the outfield first team. Still, we're mounting a promotion push this season
A new hope.

I'd like to believe we will hold out for near £1 million for clucas and (given the contract situation) £500k for tendayi...

Using the 70/30 CT/DA calculator thereby giving Saunders £450k plus their wages to play with and clearing £1 million off the debt!

But I anticipate a panic sale (undisclosed fee) may occur any time soon!

Why not?

2 years on his current contract, lots of clubs interested....be foolish to sell for less given the scabs get 15%!

What would you sell him for?

Doyle went in January and PC never effectively replaced him but DS has brought in Ebanks-Blake.

Ryan, I agree, has not yet been replaced and a decent CM is required.

Roberts might be replaced by our set-up and style of play.

We have to assume that only if Tendayi and Clucas are sold that they will be replaced. Some think Talbot will be a natural replacement for Tendayi whilst I am not sure. It seems DS keeps on playing Clucas in a free role up front with SEB so, if Sam is sold, maybe his replacement will be a more natural foil for Sylvain.

With DS talking as if he wants to bring in two good players to improve us and the potential further sales we could be in for an interesting couple of weeks.

I hope we get more....every little helps but if he was down to one year then yes!

The annoying thing is that the club say we won't sell for anything less than what we value a player for, but its always undisclosed or shrouded in mystery with add ons here and there.

Given his value on bobs board has varied between 200k and £2 million its anyone's guess what DA/CT will accept...

But a good source says the offer we turned down 2 months ago was £600k!

Is Clucas truly worth more than Doyle?

Sell both Clucs and tendayi to Wigan if they want them and distort the Clucas fee

Giddings:
Other sides - Wigan being one - retain an interest in #chesterfieldfc Tendayi Darikwa, who has handed in a transfer request.

We know how this pans out of course now.

All we need to complete the picture is Chris Turner going on record stating 'no one is leaving'.

For what it's worth I think we'll end up with what an outsider would see as a decent price, probably around £700k with never-to-happen add ons.

15/2 for us to go down ....id say thats a massive rick by the bookmakers..the reason we did so well was having players who loved having the ball, possesion stats wil be down and our defence will creak like an old barn door...we should be 2/1 if we lose a big name.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART
