Strangely enough that's the one area of the Club they'll tolerate criticism of.

Ties in with when i was talking to Jordan Burrow on Saturday evening...when i mentioned Halifax was becoming a bit of a CFC old boys home we got round to Boden and he said he didnt know what he was doing as he'd not played in a friendly they played.

Be interesting to see if he does.....despite what many seemed to think on here he never seemed up to the job here. He had the odd decent display from the bench but never showed much starting gamees. Newport in a bit of turmoil since some lottery winner that owned the club bailed and stopped funding things so they are shopping on the cheap a bit and the fans are looking to buy the club.

His goal return isnt that bad, looking at soccerbase, though they have him at 6ft tall which is a bit Ryanesque

He had that very good year with macclesfield which will have helped matters. Not sure he did all that well at Halifax did he when they brought him in to replace Gregory.

11 goals for Halifax last season. Dont know if he was their main striker. Gregory's strike rate was exceptional.

He started very well at Halifax, but the second half of last season was a bit of a disaster. Hope he can get back on track.
