We're still well in this, could have done without half time. Almost certainly going to be a red at some stage. Roberts lucky, why the hell is he grabbing someone's throat in front of the ref, could have cost us big time. Come on Town carry on like that and a goal will come.

Preston started the stronger and a dreadful lapse cost us their goal. Threy've turned it into a niggling match since, though we are trying to play. I like to see refs let matches flow but this one has left his cards at home. Evo seemed to get away with one where he misjudged the flight and fouled their man. I expect Garner will spend the second half writhing in fake agony. What did Roberts do when he reacted?

Just after the challenge he pinched the Preston players throat, watching on TV I actually don't think the ref has been that bad.

I think the ref is ok- it's just a pity that when we actually get one who lets the game flow, the opposition are savvy and cynical enough to use it to stop us playing football.

He has reacted behind the refs back a few times 1 time trying to stood Hird I think it was, nothing the ref could do about it the linesman should be picking up on it.
