of course it isn't

but like it or not the perception is there more with women

Yes I agree, which is why I sort of feel a bit for Radfords missus, yes it would appear she has a rather colourful past and maybe isn't the best option for CEO, but she's settled down with him and got a family now so fair play if she's enjoying life. Saying that I hope the football side of her life goes pear shaped. I did think of another phrase but best not to use in this thread..
East stand second class citizen.

The BBC news just had a report on sexism in football

Guess what Caroline Radford was held up as an example of it due to the abuse she suffered without any explanation of the circumstances

Perhaps the opposite view should be taken, a trophy wife installed without any qualification as a football club CEO as evidence of sexism

Totally ruined a report into what is a valid concern when officials get abused

Sexism in football?Yes no doubt it exists but aren't all victims of abuse whether they be players, officials, fans or directors.Just depends how things are going in a game/season.What is distasteful is the abuse families get away from the game. Those people who threaten the relatives of people like ref Halsey have got serious problems, need weedling out and banning for life.

I dont believe sexism exists in football,i have absolutely no problem with the vastly increased numbers of female fans in the game,as long as they have done the washing and ironing they are free to do whatever they want as long as they dont start asking about the offside rule.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

So long as you don't mind me explaining the loan rules and why a red card isn't a 3 match ban every ... single ... time .....

They come in handy for fetching the pies as well so you don't have to miss any of the match .

Hmmm. Well personally, I have a bloke to fetch my coffee - one before the game AND one at half time - so that I don't miss any of the match. It's a system that's worked well for many years :)

And what, in your opinion, are we likely to need to ask about the offside rule? Just wondering .......... What's more to the point, if I were to ask, would you have a friggin clue what the answer was anyway?

Really don't understand all this fuss about the offside rule, seems really simple from what I've seen. . Their team found offside - that's a correct decision. Spireites found offside - that's a wrong decision. Everything else I just listen to the bloke in the blue anorak a few rows in front of me in the West stand . He gives the Lino consistently excellent advice throughout. Though sadly few of them seem to listen
"Its much more important than that !"
