Need him ready for the two big games at the beginning of March MK and Bradford both away.

How long has it been (ive lost track of all time recently)!

Duffy looks a quality signing. I assume he is going to replace Roberts and Gardner now they are both injured.

It will be interesting to see who (and how many) Cookie plays up front against County on Saturday.

Poor pitch, one that will cut up, not one for the passing game and a team that will probably take Donny's approach (cloggers) and attempt to stop town playing the correct way.

Going to be a tough one , at least Dedman wont be in charge!!

Absolutely. Me and three others are heading across from Manchester after staying there to watch Phoenix Nights on Friday with our better halfs. Likely to be severely hungover & starting again on the train I should think.

Peterborough had half the stand in the last game - the rest stays empty.

If you can pay on the day, not sure how they manage the opening of extra sections/facilities as the away following grows. Would have thought we'd take well over 1300.

Not quite true, the headline on our site is a bit misleading, you can no longer buy from our ticket office but you can still buy in advance either over the phone or online direct from Notts County.

States over 800 sold so far, would expect somewhere near double that to attend from us.

Be a good one this, used to be my favourite away day as a younger lad.

Will be interesting what we line up as, as no one knows what Cooks plans are with the new lads.
I think we'll go for-

Lee
Darikwa Raglan Hird Jones
Duffy Morsy Ryan Clucas
Lavery Armand

Subs: Wright, Evatt, Jones, Humphreys, O'Shea, Harrison, Manni.

4-4-2, with the ability for Lavery to drop back like Doyle did for a 4-2-3-1 if we're under pressure or defending. Duffy is clearly in to replace Roberts, so he should start. Lavery looks very Doyle-esque, so might be able to straight away start up a decent partnership with Armand. Only other change i'd maybe make, would be if Notts had a big lad up front. I was in Dublin on the weekend, so missed the Doncaster game. Thought heard Hird had a horrible game (true?). If so, i'd get Evatt in for the aerial presence.

I think Evatt will start, we don't know about Armands injury yet so all options up front are open to speculation. Oh Hird had a torrid time against the incredible hulk on speed. As would anyone else on the day.

Fair enough, completely forgot about the mystery surrounding Armand. In that case, I think that we'd go the same, but Harrison instead of Armand. From what i've seen, he can win a header, and he can always drop wide to accomodate another formation.

I wasn't criticising Hird btw, big fan. Just wanted confirmation before peope got sensitive.

No. I think O'Shea and Harrison will start with Duffy and Lavery coming on from the bench
