Video evidence, and statements my via video links are certainly documented evidence when used in a court. I`ll take the UK legal system as a guide to what is or isn't evidence rather than the inane ramblings of an argumentative old fool like yourself.
As I said above, when you appear all sensible discussions end, and the thread becomes all about you.
