India Pakistan and the Middle East they are like lightning.

Too fast at times.

OH's Indian contract is with a government ministry, and they are a 'pain in the backside'. With the visa process being so quick they think they can have his backside on a plane at a moments notice. It proved quite convenient that it needed renewing just before our son's birthday party and could be 'delayed' for a few hours in a desk drawer in the next office.

Not sure. I hope his "people" have converted Rupees into GBP. It would be a shame to travel all that way to be on, say, 500 quid pw when you could have had that without re-locating ;)

Both work visas and 1 being a multi entry. Il give you a tip use a company called CDN.

Thanks, 3 years since last in India so visa process might be better now, mostly spend time in Russia these days, that is getting to be a pain for a visa

Application is online, we use CIBT for visas but new regulation is that you have to attend Embassy (London or Edinburgh) personally for fingerprints and have to do this for every application, even repeats, my visa is still valid so not had to do fingerprint bit yet.

I do think £500 a week is a bit cheeky, but then he may have had a huge appearance and win bonus to take the wages higher.

Dave Allen said so publicly. I presume you aren't going to accuse him of lying.

Far be it from me to call DA a liar, though speaking as a mere human being, I've been known to embroider the facts slightly when entertaining an audience.
No, I'm quite happy to accept that on your say-so, though I shouldn't use the phrase 'well-documented' if it's only an anecdote told at a meeting. DA takes the place of CT at the top of my Christmas Card list, 'cos if Id been him after that Accy game, I'd have been straight after PC as well.

"Lie, blatantly ignore facts and argue black is white", were your words. You'll have to do a lot better than that, or people might think you're just up to your normal trick of substituting abuse for intelligence.
A polite request for the origin of documentary evidence doesn't qualify under any of your headings.
Try for a bit of realism once in a while, eh?

What on earth does this mean? I could hardly make my opinion any clearer - if you disagree,at least do so in English.

'Hypocrisy': claiming to be more noble or righteous than is actually the case; advocating behaviour in others not replicated by oneself.

See post #166.

'Classic 'h-again'': concocting a version of events based on nothing but imagination; peddling supposition and conjecture as definitive fact; twisting, turning, denying and evading when challenged; peppering posts with sneers, smears and scorn; pursuing an agenda way beyond sense, circumstance and substance.

See all too many posts.

Well, since he took over he's managed to sign an outstanding manager from right out of the blue, he's completely revolutionised the clubs non-playing structure, he's acquired a scouting and youth training set-up second to none at this level and some way above, and done it all without increasing the debt to anything unmanageable or even significantly higher.
That's a quick list off the top of my head - you can probably think of many other improvements.
I don't attribute the current success to any one individual, but at the side of all that the pages of whingeing about ticket sales and a clerical error in player registration is irrelevant.
By any measure that I can see we're a successful business - it doesn't come through luck.

See 'Classic 'h-again''.

I actually belly-laughed when I read it.

Y'mean as opposed to 'the usual suspects' who always adopt a denialistic, pro-Club stance whilst whining about critics?

Come on, 'B', I thought we'd left this kinda stuff back at Saltergate.

Well done on finding a dictionary. Could you give us some examples of my 'hypocrisy', just to show that you actually understood what it says.
Try to do a lot better than 'KITB', who struggled and failed to rise to a similar challenge.

realism????

A video of a man saying it was his decision to appoint Paul Cook isn't documented evidence?

Video evidence, and statements my via video links are certainly documented evidence when used in a court. I`ll take the UK legal system as a guide to what is or isn't evidence rather than the inane ramblings of an argumentative old fool like yourself.

As I said above, when you appear all sensible discussions end, and the thread becomes all about you.

In the video you're talking about, Dave Allen , talking about the decision to employ PC after the Accy game, states," Chris and I were talking about it all through the match".
So much for the 'well-documented' evidence that it was all DA's idea.
And this is the basis for you calling me a liar? If I'd made a blundering allegation of that magnitude I wouldn't show my face again.

No details, 'AKITB', just that Rommy was off to India alongside stuff about the sudden appearance of a contract when interest from abroad and Bradford emerged.

But hey, it was clearly all lies and drivel as only our CEO tells the truth...

would you like to tell us about you reporting fishini to the moderators, after you denied doing so several times, and calling me a bare faced liar?

while your doing that, you could tell us how you define hypocrisy.

Did we offer him a contract of £500 a week early on which he refused and stayed on non contract terms, with a view on moving in the transfer window (or getting a better deal off us) - Or did we offer him £500 a week after interest in him emerged?

A new hope.
