We need to get the Derby game out of the way and then concentrate on the upcoming fixtures... We've got some really winnable games that could start to open us up a gap between us and the mid-table sides. Very interesting month is Feb.

We'll do well to get through Jan fairly unscathed.8 games in the month is a hell of a program.
