Now that the ticket situation seems to be calming down as the vast majority (if not all) of those that want them will, it's time to think forwards about match day.

Where are people planning on a beer?

Wetherspoons breakfast and the train is the plan here.

Any other thoughts?
Are there any 'away' pubs?

Anyone Travelling to the Derby Game in a Car...... There is ample Parking around Wickes off of London Road.
Less than a 10 minute walk to the ground & ideal to get back onto the A52 and M1 North or South Bound.
The Navigation Pub opposite is looking forward to Welcoming Chesterfield Fans in there. Specially as the usual pubs (Except the Brunswick Inn) around the Station and Ground, The Wyvern, The Neptune and the Merlin are all HOME Fans Only
Opens at 12 Noon - The Navigation 805 London Rd, Derby DE24 8UU

You'd be surprised, Scunthorpe is only 30 minutes from me and still plenty of time, 2 hours to Derby, as you can imagine Milton Keynes was fun bar me being in the bog for the goal

I'm at work 'till 12 and giving a lift to three who'll be supping in the Chesterfield Arms I think. Get straight off pretty much and should be parked up in Derby for not much after 1.

Only 20 mins I train so in Derby just before 12 is ok I would have thought.
Anywhere near train station for a beer? Don't know Derby that well.

yep. We may just be entering one of the most important 4 game phases in our (recent) history, prior to the deadline closing on the evening of Monday, Feb 2nd.
Top of the table today.
No stress 4th round cup tie.
2 home matches.

The options/permutations/decisions that must be milling around in the brains of PC/CT/DA must be mind bogglingly excrutiating. Me?. I might add a couple of loanees, but otherwise do nowt.

COYB's !!!!!!!
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Will get 09:01 or 09:07 train on wayfarer then shuttle bus to bus station, brekkie at Standing Order, beer in Royal Standard, Allestree blue/green out to 5 lamps, Furnace (Smiles tap) and Little Chesters then bus on Alfreton Road to bus station to connect with Pride Park shuttle buses. After game when it is quieter will hit the main city centre and ones around train station.
