Cry Havoc! And release the dogs of war!

I was just going to post that. Not often Shakespeare wrote in support of CFC, but he gave it some welly when he did.

But it's "Let slip the dogs of war".

There will be 9/10 changes to the team that plays forest tomoz. But the likes of Warnock, Shotton & Bent should play who all have plenty of PL experience, add the likes of Dawkins, Bryson, Ward who were all regular starters last season and the addition of Albertosa who we have just signed from La Liga an we should be fine. I will say that teams who come and play football against us usually end up getting totally outplayed. Teams who press us and get stuck in cause us problems. I think you stand a chance purely down to the changes Mac will make.

I think we stand a chance purely down to how good we can be.

I was thinking of the Leeds game too- we went there and played some cracking stuff (it worked against Boro in 97 too!) and were unlucky that an individual error plus a screamer gave Leeds the win.

I felt that the Leeds game was a decent barometer for this one also. Doyle's goal was one of the best team goals I've ever seen Town score.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

And we are better now than we were 18 months ago. Cook and co are really upping the anti now.

I'm also not worried if we don't sign anybody else either in this window, (for the first time ever).
Here we go again!
