However, here's the thing, CFC's treatment of Johnson will provide every incentive to Premiership/Championship clubs to lend us quality players to help us out
NB: How many games did Sheridad go without a win?
It remains the case that we need (and in no particular order) - a right back, a left back (good to see Scottie having a great time at Luton), a playmaker (good to see Randall doing well at MK Dons), and 2 strikers.

I couldn't agree with you more - based on his treatment I wouldn't lend CFC a gum boil if I'd got a mouthful of them

Exactly what do people know for a fact? CFC have thrown the dummy out because they signed him for a 3 month loan but thought the rules wouldn't apply to them and that we'd be able to extend the loan as much as we wanted? It's always conspiracy theories. We've treated so and so really bad and refuse to play Fred cos he looked at Cook wrong.
Phil Tooley has said that he picked up a slight knock which while not serious enough to send him back, did mean he couldn't play a game or 2, possibly at the request of his club. He travelled on Saturday, which suggests he may have been 50/50 to be on the bench.
I don't know what is the real story, but I would trust Phil a lot more than any of the people on here saying Cook's thrown his dummy out because he can't keep him on loan.

You overlook Cook's own comments - if I play Johnson and deny Banks, Gardner ... etc match time.

Would be like me accusing a new poster identifying Smith as the best LB ever as being GOKU in disguise? Or indeed anybody that uses bad language. Chill

If you listen to the interview again you'll hear PC say it was a mistake to play Roberts rather than Johnson
I'm afraid that contradicts what PC said in the interview and what Phil posted on here

Exactly that. Maybe backtracking to keep the fans happy, maybe not. Only P.C knows the truth but some very odd interviews from him recently that's for sure.
