Can't see it myself, expected there to be a massive jump in sales which there hasn't been. The steady sales suggest mostly just towns fans coming in their dribs and drabs.

Got 4 in E2 this morning myself.

Yes, we just got over 10,000 v Mansfield when the front rows of the Kop etc wernt on sale

So someone from the second row cannot get to the pitch!!!. All they need is to employ more stewards on the days when we can sell out and fill the seats.

its more about showing the football authorities we have taken action, rather than any action being effective as such.

If we hadn't done anything we could have faced sanctions, so by closing off the first 2 rows of seats we are seen to be pro active, and doing something about it. Whether it really makes any difference is almost irrelevant.

Not a surprise to anyone really is it? The only way to stop that happening and even that wont be 100% foolproof was to sell to loyalty card holders, stubs from previous games and then only season ticket holders can buy additional tickets but folk moaned about doing it that way. As others have mentioned its no different to what we had folk doing at Mansfield and Burton last year. If they behave themselves its not an issue really and just more money for us as our sales seem to be drying up a bit bar a late surge.
