As has already been said on here, 'charged' and 'convicted' are very different things. Sometimes legal processes can also be effected by what is written about the matters under consideration. Advising very considerable caution on here is very good advice IMO.

The CPS have brought charges not anyone on here and I don’t think for one minute they factored in what was said on here prior to making the charges.

On the 7th November court hearing, he will no doubt plead not guilty, doesnt the magistrate then have to send it to a Judge and Jury at Crown court ? Which wont be til at the earliest next year !?

Thank you. My understanding is a magistrate only has the power to instill the maximum of 6 months in prison. However, this will be a very well followed story by the media so the magistrate may well pass the buck to a Crown Court.

From what I can read among the dancing ads, that was Fylde’s stance when they appointed him. Not sure what it is now.
