Good luck to the lad. He tried but it didn't work out. No need for bad words.

Had a great spell of about 6/7 games where he scored 5/6 goals and played really well but then failed to keep this form up and was average at best after.

It was odd how he was so good for a month and not before and after. Maybe with better players around him he would have been ok. Interesting to see where he ends up, along with Sam Hird and COG

Such is the nature of professional sport. Perform badly = criticism. Players shouldn't be protected from it.

It's a damn shame we can't get those who signed these players to subsidise their pay-offs...

I've seen players who occasionally have a good game, never seem to have a good game and rarely have a bad game but can't recall another who played well just for a month or so. I think he wanted to make a go of it with us but the midfield as a whole was too lightweight and he was part of the problem.

I still have no idea what type of player he was. He wasn't a defensive mid, he didn't contribute enough goals and assist wise to be an attacking mid, I guess he was just a poor box to box mid.

I shudder to think how much money its cost us to pay off players and managers, in the last 5 years.

I'd imagine its approaching £2m

I’m sure Carson recently admitted it was approaching £1M for managers and coaching staff alone

The settlements probably include 5% of the pay offs of the next 3 managers and their staff following their own demise knowing us😂
