He can and probably will. Too pedestrian and one paced for Championship probably. Nolan looks like he has a change of gear and the comparison with Morsy will be interesting when he settles in.

I could appreciate why he'd go to Sheff U (even if I'd hate it) but to go to a club of similar size with lower attendances is just depressing.
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

A minted chairman who isn't tight as cramp helps.

Likely our add on was only if he played in the Championship this season

He needed Ryan as much as Ryan needed him. A shame but being realistic he was never mobile enough to be a championship player. Just like Doyle he had his summer in the sun with us and will more than likely spend the rest of his career hovering around the upper end of league one. Saying that I would have him back here in a heartbeat; maybe they will exchange for Liddle and foodbanks?!

Personally I'd be very surprised if he signed for Scunthorpe.

I know the transfer budget has been used, but Dave Allen would be crazy not to put some extra cash in to buy a player of Morsys quality, or at least make a bid to rival Scunthorpes. It would certainly get lots of fans back on his side.

If its true, that is. Probably not.

Have to agree, it would go a long way to appeasing the fans as well as strengthening in a place we need it

Tinpot club? Maybe, but they have a chairman who is prepared to put money into the club without expecting it back.

Significantly smaller in what regard? Attendances, definately at the moment but I wouldn't bet on that narrowing in the coming years.

Compare that to our chairman, the only common factor, their attitude towards their support when criticised

It certainly will increase when they move to their new ground. Just like ours did.

Maybe if we're all nice to Dave Allen for a month we can have him back. :windup

Morsy at Scunny? Ryan at Fleetwood!

Speaks volumes for both us and them

They won't fill it, and their fans are pathetic.
