Can anyone explain the relevance of the Bill Oddie sung by the chaps in the middle of the Kop?
Perhaps there is no relevance, trouble is it makes me feel all urrgghhhh when they sing it. The thought of Bill Oddie rubbing his beard all over my body is just to hideous to think about.

Why think that?

I don't think of Tommy Lee nibbling my ear when they sing his song.

I've got used to him looking like an 80's rocker over the past few years, now he has short hair again it's frying my brain! He doesn't look right!

We needed a song for Wembley so it was a toss up between this and another one, this one stuck obviously.

You will also be able to hear this if passing the The Red Lion on a drunken Friday night..

BILL ODDIE, BILL ODDIE, RUB YOUR BEARD ALL OVER MY BODY!

It complete threw me.

When we first arrived they were still warming up. Tommy must have been no more than 5 metres away but I didn't recognise him. It wasn't until my lad shouted 'Tommy has had his haircut' that I took another look and saw who was beneath the facial hair! It's grown quick, he looked his usual self at the reserves match two and a half weeks ago!

I was worried ... has nobody read their bible ? Samson and that minx Delilah ? When the first goal went in I thought the talent had gone with the hair ! Reassured by the end though
"Its much more important than that !"

Believe me, Samson and Delilah came to mind the moment I saw what he'd done!
