Exactly that. Not that you’d blame them obviously as it’s a short career, but why people can’t see this is baffling? I don’t blame Weir for sitting on his guaranteed better money, but why some are making him into some kind of hero for his dramatic u turn is mad.

But I am not going to claim I know stuff I don’t or assume anything to fit my story just to have that story...

Hasnt Martin Allen invited fans to contact the club and he will speak with them regarding any concerns they have?

Maybe this would be the ideal time for some of his doubters over this decision to take him up on his offer.

I'm sure he would relish the opportunity to speak with those far more knowledgable of the situation than himself.
