Marcus Dinanga signs on loan for Hartlepool. Have we missed out on the Vanaramas possible top scorer ...watch this space.

Fantastic player when we had him down the Lane, would love to see him do well in this league too. That said, how come he's being allowed to leave?

Salford have had to fight their way up to this level. Even last season a lot of people thought Harrogate the superior team (and they have money behind them too).

Adam Rooney has only ever flourished in Scotland - he didn't tear the world apart for Oldham did he? BUT I admit wage-levels are the most accurate predictor of success in pro' football.

But 3/1 against Salford is almost as ridiculous a price as 7/1 against us IMO. Surely Barnet and Fylde are better value at around 14/1 if you want a bet. John Still has raided Dagenham for the best of his old team to blend MA's left-overs, whilst Fylde paid a £50,000 transfer fee for an England C midfielder from Kiddy, so they are trying.

As for Danny Lloyd, wouldn't you ask a few questions about the ambition of a bloke who signs up for 3 years with a non-league outfit at 26, the apparent peak of his career? He doesn't know it yet, but he is going to have an entire division of players trying to prove he's not as good as he thinks and certainly not worth that wage packet.

In a way Salford are doing us a huge favour. The rest of the Vanarama would have been taking one look at the Proact and wanting to play there and win. Now Gary Neville (in the Accrington row) and Salford have rushed in yelling beat us, beat us, perlease. Two embarrassing relegations, permanent trouble behind the scenes, there's no more kudos in beating The Spireites than the Monkey-Hangers! Let's beat the Man-Utd money instead, that's what everyone will want to do. Thank you Salford. Bet their Manager hasn't a finger-nail to call his own.

They are welcome to him. My Gills mates said he was turfed out of Gillingham due to him not being interested in being a team player at all, apparently.

JET hasn't signed for Billericay. It looks like people jumped to conclusions from the clubs twitter post.
